What do you like best about the product?
It’s functionality and ability to help me with my job

There are a lot of updates which can be difficult to manage with a small team

It’s helping us to solve automation
It works well - but the best comes from complex setups.
What do you like best about the product?
The basics are very easy to do. I also like that with a little work it's possible to dig deeper and create very complex setups that yield the best results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I wish was easier was setting up complex workflows.

It's easy to keep all our marketing efforts in a single program.
Great marketing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used Hubspot in a few different companies I’ve worked for. As a marketer, Hubspot works best. The tools are easy to use, i like how I can schedule social, the analytics are useful. Overall great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the CRM can be a little clunky when it comes to creating a list and figuring out the criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me streamline and centralize my marketing efforts. Instead of juggling multiple tools, I can manage email, social, and analytics all in one place. The automation saves me time, the reporting makes it easier to prove ROI, and the ease of use means I can focus more on strategy and less on managing platforms. Overall, it helps me work smarter and get better results with fewer headaches.

Hubspot marketing hub makes marketing campaigns a breeze. The AI capabilities for creating campaigns and implementing them are so helpful.

I love everything about Hubspot Marketing Hub.

Automating marketing efforts. I can set campaigns up ahead of time and then can forget about them.

The integration between emails and workflows is great but a little clunky

What do you like best about the product?
I left HubSpot marketing Hub because it's always adapting and changing with new features and other ways to do marketing easier and better. Especially love how we are integrating AI into the products.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a bit of a learning curve with HubSpot marketing Hub. Some things aren't as easy as they look and take some time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to automate all of our digital marketing efforts including email, social media, and paid ads. It keeps everything in one place and allows us to track all the metrics in a single campaign.

We appreciate that we can digitalize the customer acquisition journey from lead to customer. Helping with nurturing the leads through the tailored communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes. Maybe support - that is something what I am getting used to have more AI than human touch.

Allowing us build the website and manage all data and content and analytics in one place. We appreciate the possibility to craft the journey from lead from AppSource to closing deal and providing customer support in one place.
Changing the way we Market
What do you like best about the product?
This is a very useful tool for email campaigns, drip campaigns, capturing engagement, forms and contact lists for communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
With socials, we will run into problems connecting or tagging people/companies, so we sometimes have to go back to edit after posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keepnig everythig consilidated in one space, offering the opportunity to keep everything streamlined and comparable.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hun is constantly improving to meet marketers where they are at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing atm, looking forward to the newly released items.
