Excellent for true marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing has been excellent for my clients. It’s easy and the workflows coupled with AI make it so easy to create meaningful, impactful campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t think there is anything I wouldn’t say is bad.

What do you like best about the product?
everything is in one place — from social and email to automation and reporting. It’s easy to use, helps track campaign performance clearly, and makes it simple to personalize outreach. The integrations keep marketing and sales aligned, and the platform scales well whether you’re running a quick event promotion or a long-term inbound strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation in design flexibility when it comes to email automation and workflow as well as we have experienced some lags in the social media connectivity

Teams access has been difficult to work with for franchising. I'd love to see the ability for teams to have view access to emails, but not edit access.

Being able to manage franchise marketing emails cohesively with better reporting.
