Very flexible for our needs

Very user friendly and very flexible for all out needs.

Workflows can be cumbersome and forms are not super easy to work with.

However, I don’t like that you have to click out to multiple pages to see your assets or results

The capability that I can stay to one system 90% of the time and have all the information in front of me to make informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love as Dynamic Journeys are created I can pull in ads for larger 1:few ABM campaigns outside LinkedIn nail notifications.

You’re solving business optimization gaps that allows us to maintain connected relationships and better understand the digestion habits of our clients.

Being able to centralise marketing elements (campaigns, emails etc) and work seamlessly with sales

I love the ai summary for campaigns which helps make faster decisions.

Nothing so far. I’m pretty new to the tool so still learning but so far so good. Lots to learn!

Easy to use, navigate and see everything at once. Excited to use the new campaign feature and the marketing studio

I don’t love how the form submissions can’t tie directly into the marketing event within the same campaign.

So much potential and exciting tools to streamline operations and increase efficiency

I like the interconnectivity between all objects and modules.

As a new user, there's a lot to ingest and understand where everything is. Some of it is a bit confusing at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The client journey is somethign we've been looking for and this seems to have the solution. Automations are also playing a big part in that we're using the platform to outreach to our prospects and lead them to conversion.
