There is no better solution for B2B marketing on the market right now
What do you like best about the product?
I have experience with Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Active Campaign and many others. HubSpot stands out above them all with features, integrations and product usability. It's the only solution for B2B marketers that I can recommend right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's gone up in price and will continue to do so. For customers that have the budget it's awesome, but the starter license isn't really worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply put: getting the right message in front of the right people, finding out what resonates with audiencss and getting leads into the pipeline.

hubspot helps put everything a small business or small marketing team needs all in one place without having a million tabs open. it enables us to scale our business with low effort.

i dislike the learning curve. it’s been 5 years of using hubspot and i still feel like im just skimming the surface.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is very user-friendly, even for people who are not highly technical. I like how everything is integrated in one platform such as email marketing, social media scheduling, landing pages, and analytics, making it easy to keep campaigns organized. The reporting dashboards are clear and customizable, which makes it simple to track performance and demonstrate ROI. Their customer support and learning resources are also very helpful when getting started or troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is the cost, especially as you scale and need more advanced features. It can become quite expensive for small teams. Some customization options feel limited compared to specialized tools, and occasionally certain features take extra steps to set up. Also, while reporting is strong, more flexibility in integrating with third-party platforms would be useful.

Figuring out how to use the email marketing automation
Marketing Hub still remains the go to for marketing operations.
What do you like best about the product?
Form and landing page builder with the ability to create workflows for automating lists. As well, being able to score leads before sending them to CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, page layout. I know the focus is on activity, but without redoing my page layouts I cannot see all my proprties I add to a contact or company. I have to take additional action under a drop down to see everything. Little cumbersome in that respect.

Marketing Hub: Effective, but Touchy
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very interactive and intuitive. I’ve only been using it for less than a year and I feel pretty confident with it already.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are WAY too many buttons. It makes the UI feel cluttered and leads to lots of misclicks. Even some backgrounds are interactive, which leads to a messy UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, I would have to manually check our social stats from each individual platform AND user. It was frustrating and took forever. HubSpot solves this problem by having one, integrated platform to use.
