Streamlines CRM Operations with Insightful Dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboards in HubSpot Marketing Hub because they make it super easy to do pipeline cleaning, keep a healthy CRM, and monitor KPIs and sales team performance. They provide a one-shot view that shows us everything we need, including how many new customers came to our website or tried our free trial. It's great for quickly understanding what marketing tools are working and what aren't. The initial setup was fairly easy to understand, even if it took a while to make good use of all the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know we have issues sometimes of emails being logged to something incorrectly or it's not set up properly with the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes our customer and deal data, keeping everything in one place, which acts as a source of truth for all departments.
Efficient Email Management with KPI Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for sending mass emails to our database. It's really efficient and provides valuable engagement data. I like that it's easy to personalize, which makes the whole process smoother. The KPI tracking is helpful as it tracks which emails are working effectively. The initial setup was fairly easy, which was a bonus.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for efficient mass emails and engagement tracking. It's easy to personalize and lets me see which emails work.
Easy to Use Workflows and Content Personalization
What do you like best about the product?
I like having the functionality to create properties as needed, to create complex workflows and personalize content. It's fairly easy to use and the dev teams are always testing out new features, which I also appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a bug is identified, it can take a long time before it's fixed, if at all. We have also run into issues with the integration capabilities, as email is the key identifier, and we have a siloed sales CRM where individuals can exist in multiple instances with the same email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is enabling us to automate follow-ups, notifications to our team, and integrating form data into our sales CRM. We're actively exploring a more in-depth lead scoring system and Hubspot enables us to customize that as well.
Powerful Marketing Campaigns and KPI Tracking Made Easy

Marketing campaigns and tracking our KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many features, and the UX isn't always the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us manage campaigns, capture leads, and automate follow-up in one place. This has saved us time, improved visibility into marketing performance, and helped us generate and nurture leads more effectively.
Limitless customization that's finally manageable with a little AI help.
What do you like best about the product?
The level of customization is awesome; you can basically build out whatever you can imagine. It’s a complex system, which used to be a major hurdle, but now that I can use AI to help me navigate and build within it, I’m able to do way more than I could before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity can still be a lot to handle sometimes. It’s also not always clear why some data is being measured and some isn't. My biggest gripes are the reporting delays—I'll check a report at noon and it'll be empty because yesterday's data hasn't processed yet. It would be great if the system actually notified you or gave you some guidance when that’s happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage our customer journeys and all our email marketing. It’s our main hub for lead scoring, where we track "touches" across all our different marketing assets. As someone in marketing, it's really helpful for seeing exactly how people are interacting with us before they hit the CRM side.

What do you like best about the product?
This is best software I have ever used. I also used its academy to get my certification. And it provides industry insights too.

Learning curve can be improved i think..

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use of the whole suite in HubSpot Marketing Hub. The integration of other apps is fantastic, allowing us to use a number of other apps like Trustpilot, Sakari, and Meta seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that springs to mind is some of the addons are a bit expensive for what they are.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for email marketing, automated workflows, and meta advertising. It's easy to use and integrates well with other apps like Trustpilot and Sakari.
Intuitive CRM Organization, but Clunky Email Builder Design
What do you like best about the product?
CRM organisation element for people and companies and how they're linked is really amazing and intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX for email building is really clunky and the built in design for emails gives quite ugly options comapred to mail chimp etc

I like HubSpot Marketing Hub for its user-friendly interface and the powerful automation workflows it offers. The seamless integration with CRM is really beneficial, as it enhances our ability to manage email marketing campaigns effectively. The initial setup was easy due to the clear onboarding provided through its advanced features.

The pricing can be high for smaller teams. Price is higher for small teams for essential features that should be included within it.

I like how easy HubSpot Marketing Hub is to use. The email tool is also easy to use, which helps us reach out to more people and see interesting data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more features, and I specifically want LinkedIn automations and WhatsApp/SMS automation because they don't exist currently.
