Essential for ISO Certification, Seamless Compliance Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find Scytale particularly useful for its compliance monitoring and automated evidence collection capabilities. These features make our processes easier and the automation aspect significantly helps streamline our efforts towards ISO certification. Additionally, having meetings with our GRC Manager Robin has been incredibly helpful, as Robin assists us whenever we encounter questions, providing much-needed support during the setup process and throughout our use of Scytale.

Great and modern way to guide the ISO certification process
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the way they guide us through the process, using a modern approach that automatically collects evidence via API integration. I want to give a special thanks to Ashna, who gave us the confidence to finalize everything within our planned timeline. I also really value their customer support, particularly when we run into issues with those connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, we encountered difficulties getting the connections set up correctly on the first attempt.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciated having weekly meetings with a compliance expert who supported me with everything I needed, clearly outlined the plan, and answered all my questions. Ashleigh Du Preez did an excellent job guiding me through the compliance process with professionalism and a sense of urgency. I also enjoyed using the platform and its integration, which made things easier and provided clear visibility into the progress made and what tasks were still outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is on the higher side compared to other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scytale guided me through the journey to compliance, which was especially helpful since this was my first time going through such a process. Having someone oversee the steps, outline what needed to be done, and ensure we stayed on track was invaluable. Thanks to Ashleigh Du Preez's assistance, we successfully passed SOC 2 without any deviations.

Having experts helping every step of the way. Our team was lead by Ashleigh Du Preez and Romy Spencer who were awesome. Having a great platform with the right integrations also helped :-)

Excellent Integrations and Support, Minor Room for Improved Filtering
What do you like best about the product?
Many out-of-the-box integrations significantly reduced the effort required to collect evidence. Our consultant, Nicole Alvaro, provided outstanding support throughout the entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to note however, some integrations could be improved with more flexible filtering options and better tracking of updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Scytale - and especially with Tamanna - is a great experience. She is professional, organized, and truly feels like a partner in the process. I always know exactly where I stand in every category, and the platform makes everything clear and structured. It’s easy to use and automates many manual tasks that would otherwise take hours. The weekly meetings with Tamanna are super helpful and create consistency and focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sync of the integrated tools isn’t fully up to date, but the support team - especially through the ticketing system - is very fast and helpful, so issues get resolved quickly.

Scytale helps us manage our compliance and audit process efficiently, without the usual stress or confusion. It centralizes all the evidence, controls, and policies in one place, and automates reminders and tracking so nothing is missed. This saves a huge amount of manual work and gives full visibility into our readiness at any moment. It also helps us stay organized and prepared for the audit, making the entire process faster, clearer, and more manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
The Scytale application is easy to use and offers excellent high-level scope and progress tracking. The customer support team is also very helpful, with Ashna Jeeva serving as our main point of contact and providing great assistance.

The software had a few bugs, but they were addressed and resolved promptly.

We are preparing for ISO 27001 certification. This process involves a thorough review of our existing information security policies and procedures to ensure they meet the required standards. It requires careful planning and attention to detail, as every aspect of our information management must be evaluated and, if necessary, improved. The preparation is demanding, but we believe it will ultimately strengthen our organization's security.
