Feel ripped off

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is nice, but I have nothing else nice to say about this garbage product
What do you dislike about the product?
I spent hours building a survey, only to find out that the free version only allows 10 submissions. 10 free submissions. Three of them were my own for testing.

I can't believe I spent my time and effort to create a survey only to find out after the fact that only 10 submissions are allowed.

Worst experience in the last 2 months for a product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving nothing because typeform is garbage and only allows me 10 submissions

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and the logic behind it. There is also a great community behind it that is there to help answer questions you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much that I don't like about it! Still waiting to find that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating an interactive survey for our customers to use while they are in our store. We hope that it will keep them more engaged for a longer time in our stores.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find any cons in Typeform. It suffices our requirements perfectly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform at multiple places within our marketing team like inbound guest post requests or contributions for our blog and the features work very well for us

Use the appropriate field types for the relevant inputs to make the creation easier

What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface is beautiful and easy to use. They have all the features that you need for creating forms. You can use logic for creating Intelligent forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some learning curve if you want to create complex forms using different logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform to convert people who are looking for services that we offer. Users type in their requirements, and we get back to them once they fillup the form.

What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use, both on the creator side and on the user side. Logic is very simple to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more control over the design elements, but it looks good out the box, so this isn't a big complaint

I am using this to onboard users in a CRM I'm building

Watch their video on how to set up logic before trying to figure it out yourself. They explain it really simply.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and simple to use to build questionnaires with enough flexibility to customize based on need. Nice design as well.

Haven't found anything missing or too frustrating yet.

Streamlined way to get client feedback and also more information from business leads and new clients before project kickoff.

Great way to collect information and feedback. Simple if you don't need a robust or over complicated solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like its design responsiveness among all of its features, making it appear smooth on any platform and works well with all the web browsers for creating and publishing forms. Besides, it also has a wide variety of templates to choose from and is visually pleasing for both designer and form filler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it is possible to learn how to build simple survey questions with only moderate effort, it is more complicated to create powerful survey questions. For instance, it is limited when we need to design a question that requires multiple answer submissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found Typeform very user-friendly and easy to navigate, especially on the presentation end, which has helped us get more responses than before. However, though it is easy to create a simple or template-based survey from its back end, we found it complex for creating more advanced survey forms.

What do you like best about the product?
The design and feel. Typeform makes surveys a pleasure to create, send & fill out. I will not use another software to create surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more opportunities to integrate the responses & survey actions into other software products I use.

Sending surveys to people. How easy it is to create and get responses to surveys.

Best for Onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
We've started using Typeform on 2019. It's like a game changer. Now, Typeform is the tool, which we use for onboarding our new users. And also we use it to collect Payments and feedback from Customers. They have a cool pre built templates, so we can create new forms within few clicks. But, it's only for enterprises, because of their pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing is so high. And also we can't build forms on mobile. It's not responsive. We can add new fields and edit, but we can't choose some options on mobile. They need to Optimize their site for mobile too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always want to give our customers the best experience with Onboarding! Previously, we've used few tools, but Typeform gives us the professional look. And also we can able to integrate with our websites easily. And we use Intercom, they have the app to integrate with Intercom. It's great and works fine
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They offer free plan with limited features only. You need to pay more to get features. This tool is for Enterprise level Businesses only. Not for all, because of their pricing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the real-time integration with Google Sheets, it makes it really easy to share the results with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. The product has been good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking both our CSAT and our NPS score. This helps us to get a better read on our client base.
