Exceptional user interface that increases the likelihood of more responses
What do you like best about the product?
I use Typeform both as an end-user as well as a form creator. It's well-designed for ease of use in a manner that promotes strong design. From the end-user perspective, it's SO EASY to use that you're me likely to respond and fill out the form. It embodies the idea "Don't make me think"
What do you dislike about the product?
Price can be a little high if you need features not available at the free level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Typeform for post-event and post-purchase feedback. It's easy to create and implement and has high success rates.
Efficient, Elegant and Presentable Forms
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of adding and customizing the forms at the creators' end. Also the elegance of forms presented to the audience end.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features are top notch, but the pricing model can be slightly adjusted to be a little more competitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The online survey forms are usually very clunky and lack the excitement for target audience. This results in majority dropouts from the surveys.
Typeform makes it fun to fill the forms and hence ensures engagement for longer surveys as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Much more stylized than similar platforms. Very easy to use and simple backend.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you need to do something more than a typical survey, it can get confusing to make the rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use for a variety of marketing needs like content surveys for newsletter subscribers.

We are designing surveys for children and Typeform allowed us to design a fun and creative survey.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform comes with great personality and a lot of features and variants in what we can do - surveys of many kinds, personality quizzes with good logic that can be used and so on. It's rather brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the tool should have options for us to customize font, imagery and other features on the basis of brand themes and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Typeform for building a Personality quiz and found it to be a very intuitive and quick tool with enough features to make something rather simple and easy to use. But for more detailed research and work, I believe a lot more features will be necessary, especially if the makers are insistent on sticking to their brand qualities very closely.

What do you like best about the product?
There is something calm about Typeform, I find the interface and their support is really great! It's simple to use, has a lot of hidden features I wish I knew about, theyre great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike about Typeform is that you can't reset your results for a survey. That means, each month if we want to start our results at 0, it's not possible and you have to duplicate the survey and reshare. It's really inconvenient. I would also hope they one day allow us to change surveys but use the same link so that we don't have to replace each link everytime we update a survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User feedback collection! Typeform allows us to build surveys very quickly and get them out. It's a simple platform that works really well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I honestly have fun using Typeform, I would give it a go and see if it works for your company's needs.
Beautiful Form Service
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the drag and drop feature and the ability to have people jump from one part of the form to another depending on what answers they click. It's also easy to make a beautiful and professional-looking form.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little cumbersome to use, but for the most part that is simply something that just takes a little time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to collect more responses and utilize the "results" section to easily download and analyze data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you spend time familiarizing yourself with the service. It can be a little daunting at first, but the time spent learning it is well worth it.
Typeform is an engaging way to collect feedback on ANYTHING
What do you like best about the product?
From start to finish, the presentation is top-notch and it makes creating and tracking forms incredibly easy. Building "if/then" style forms is also a breeze with Typeform. With any product, I always consider how much value they share through their free tier. Typeform is a standout winner even at the free level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform hasn't let me down yet. The more advanced, multiple-choice scenarios can be a little tricky at times, and some of the premium features would be nice to test drive in a limited capacity at the free level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use typeform for internal polling and event post-mortem feedback on projects. We've also started to implement the service in many of our client build outs.
Engaging, Customizable, & Interactive Form Builder
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to build and edit forms. Also it is very customizable and integrateable with many other of our softwares like HubSpot. Zapier, Google Sheets, ActiveCampaign, and many others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the software had a mobile app to manage all the typeform. Also, the reporting can be a bit lacking and provides basic information like drop-off %, time spent, and completion rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to standout with our lead generation forms. Also we use it a lot internally for our recruiting process, training, and HR processes.
