A fantastic tool but a very, very questionable business policy
What do you like best about the product?
Great form design, fantastic functions, relatively intuitive, easy connection with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I've had it - in 2017 - I've already had *three* rate system changes. Each time, they find a way to force you to change. They even get to the point where you have the features in front of you, indistinguishable from the others, and then refuse to release the form until you downgrade the features you've been using - not knowing they're only available in the new rate plan... - or switch to the new rate system.
Typeform is just deaf to these remarks. They clearly explain that it is normal that you pay more to get the same basic features.
Even with a "professional" plan, they went so far as to block the use of simple backgrounds uploaded after the adoption of the new rates!
The financial meanness towards historical users has reached its peak. That's why I'm considering switching providers. I hate being taken for a sucker.

What do you like best about the product?
UI and interface is fantastic and the functionality of typeform to capture information is brilliant.

Typeform will need more direct integrations rather using Zapier to integrate.

Great Form Builder
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to get answers/feedback based on the questions we ask our customers. We use this form in many different aspects of our business, and it has been instrumental in getting the info we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I do not have any complaints about using Typeform thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform to get customers' feedback regarding the fit of our garments so we can determine what adjustments need to be corrected. We also use this form when getting new business development leads.
Best for short Surveys and polls
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Typeform software is that the platform has a lot of templates I can pick from. There no need to spend so much time thinking of how to frame my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I didn't like very much about Typeform is the inbuilt survey responses review platform. I also had some challenges agregating and integrating response submissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Typeform to design and deploy short surveys or opinion polls. It's saves me time.
Many options, many costs
What do you like best about the product?
The design of Typeform is very fresh and nice, and you have tons of different questions you can implement to your form, wich I really like. You can also integrate tools like Zapier to your form.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is very expensive and limited on Typeform. You cannot accept payments with a free plan, for example, which you can on forms.app . You can also only recieve 10 (ten) answers per month on all your forms together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can easily make your form smart by using logic features that change the form based on the user's answers. For example, if the user types on a specific question a number from 0-50, he'll get a different next question than he'd get by typing a number from 51-100.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please be aware that Typeform is very limited in nearly every way on the free plan. The other plans are pretty expensive.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to customize questions a little more. For example, adding a comment box to a multiple-choice/matrix question instead of having to add a separate comment section the following page. Also would like the option to customize graphic/image sizes placement.

Employee feedback surveys for events, on boarding, etc.
Everyone can use, and everyone can have a good experience.

If I have to say the advantages of Typeform, I will say these two things. With a bit of design, you can create a page you want and give you a user experience.
Also, automation reduces what I have to do by more than half, helping me focus on more important things.

There is no flexibility in the plan.
The monthly response limit of 1,000 seems to be somewhat too small. It's a shame that the options are too limited. It would be nice to have a plan like a pay-as-you-use system (like other SaaS services).

I hope there will be a way to increase the number of respondents by paying additional costs within each plan. And I hope that the analysis function or automation available directly from Typeform will be further strengthened.

I really love the ability to give the users the ability to rank multiple choice answers/

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using our internal Backoffice tool. We intereviewed 500 users about their experience with our tool and were able to determine what features they are looking for and using most. This helps us reduce the complexity and loading times of our pages.

Use this tool! its very easy and intuative to use and will help you quickly take your projects to the next level.

We do use it for collecting feature beta feedback
Super user-friendly, just wish more features were available on the free plan

I love that it's so easy to embed on your website and that, in general, it integrates with just about everything.

I wish more features (like logic jumps) were available on the free plan.

It's the absolute easiest way to send surveys to subscribers/customers. And because it's so pleasant to use, there tends to be a high completion rate.
