Fantastic UX all round
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of set up, simple to use interface, great response rates due to great UX for the end user. The question logic makes it easy to design bespoke/personalised question sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you use the tutorial/emails it can be a bit of a 'what do I do' moment but you quickly get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A really nice designed survey does wonders for your response rates - sounds obvious but something that looks great and has some dynamism means we're getting 89%+ completion rates.

Graphics are easy to use can be colorful. I like the preview feature on both desktop and mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logic is very difficult to follow and change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting feedback from our users as well as acquainting them with features they may not have known.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use tool, but limitations on where questions or statements are placed. Some obvious questions don't have prototypes e.g. contact information

What do you like best about the product?
Interface makes it easy to code surveys and check logic via the diagram! Backend interface has received various improvements over the last year making it easier and faster to create surveys!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a solution for matrix-type questions are these are not supported.

Use to get user feedback and has even been used as part of user onboarding

How to conduct research with compelling results
What do you like best about the product?
The conversational nature of typeform means that when well designed a respondent feels like they are in conversation with the survey. This enables me to design surveys that inform but also break through into conscious and better informed decision making - meaning that the results I get are far more accurate and meaningful than when using other research tools
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more analytical tools to help with analysis of results and conclusions. OK I can export the data and use other tools to do the analytics, but would be nice to have more on board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get people to make 'conscious' responses to assessments. The conversational element and options for delivery mean you get much greater accuracy in responses

What do you like best about the product?
That I can connect Typeform to Google Sheets to have survey results auto-populate in a Sheet that I can share with others on the team
What do you dislike about the product?
The survey building interface isn't always intuitive to me so it sometimes takes some time to find the button/function I'm looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to solve different problems or achieve different benefits with each survey as we collect needed information from readers. Typeform keeps the info organized and allows us to customize the look and feel of each survey before we send it or embed it.

The app is perfect for customizing any forms, surveys, or exams

I wish I could add some audios to listen to or videos on preview (with sound) in a question

I am using it for an employee experience survey. The level of customization and resources I can use helps a lot to make the survey fun.

We have been scrappy enough to use typeform for a number of different key areas of our business:

- way more dynamic than competitors like survey monkey

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the changes would save automatically in the product, it often takes extra, unnecessary time to make modifications and then save/update the link each time a change is made, especially in the dynamic utilization method we are using the software in.

You can utilize this platform well beyond it's intended or face-value use. Many customers don't realize this but it's extremely easy to build upon/use and integrates really nicely across sites.
