Typeform for lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of setup, the ease of creating surveys, and the ease of getting them out to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Typeform had a better support team (able to speak to on the phone), or a team that would create surveys for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving with Typeform is low website conversion rate. We embedded a survey on our website that collects user data outside of the traditional "contact us" inquiry.
Easy to implement and very effective!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can track how people interact with each question (amount of time it takes, where they drop off, etc.). It's simple to build surveys and easy to review.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really hasn't been anything that I have disliked about it. I suppose for some people, they may dislike taking it one question at a time rather than seeing all of them on the screen at once, but I personally don't mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Tyepform to help us acquire data about our customers and the journey they go on to be onboarded to our company. The ease of use and the overall look of their surveys and forms make it a great choice.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Typeform is that I'm able to create any form with a template that I can easily follow. Typeform does not need any design skills to be able to create a form, you can easily create a form through a template.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Typeform so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform mostly for creating online surveys and other forms. We create prospecting surveys and other surveys that help us understand our market better.

Typeform makes it easy to set up surveys fast with its straightforward user experience and interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to update the way you set up custom logic. The ability to design a better-looking layout would also be helpful. Even though they make it easy at times, Surveys can look dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of Typeform is that you can get a survey going fast to capture user feedback about products and much more.
It has saved me a lot of time.

The ability to include variables within forms, saving the time I would have to use doing this manually after the form is submitted.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no Brazilian Portuguese available, so I need to manually create all the messages each time I create a Brazilian form.

1. Typeform helps me to have all the answers from respondents because it decreases the drop-out rate dramatcally.

Super Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform has made it so much easier to create surveys or customer service forms to eliminate the need of a middle man. It allows you to create multiple endings depending on chosen answers which alleviates the need to create multiple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost too basic. There aren't very many features that would be eye-catching. It's a pretty basic format. It would be nice if you could add a few more features to keep people wanting to continue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Typeform, we were able to significantly reduce the amount of inbound customer services emails we were receiving. We could create multiple endings off one form so our customer base could receive the product they were looking for.
Good Survey Tool - Perfect for Simple Surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is really simple to use and build surveys for customers and internal teams. I really like the logic-building where I can visually see the path that users will take based on their responses. It is also great that Typeform can integrate with our website to collect real-time feedback from visitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more flexibility and options for questions types. For example, for some question types you can have them randomize, while others you can't. I also wish the reporting and response analysis was more powerful. Right now it is pretty basic, allowing me to see what each response was but I can't actually sort or filter within Typeform. I need to download it to a google sheet to manipulate the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform for all of our different survey needs such as product, internal, NPS, marketing, and more. It really does make it fast and easy to create the survey type we need.
Favorite form creation tool, allows for TONS of logic, great integration, great API
What do you like best about the product?
Not only have we been able to use Typeform as a basic form creation tool (such as "contact us" forms), but the flexibility of the design and all of the logic options has allowed us to build an entire LMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was greater control of design. Even though the templates are attractive, there's too much white space. Sometimes, I would really like a more compact design that shows multiple questions all at once, but Typeform ONLY allows one question per screen view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have hundreds of learning activities with videos, and we use Typeform for everything. Quizzes, training, project set-up, everything. The results are all automatically exported to Google (Google Sheets and Google Docs), and we use their API to integrate the responses into our own proprietary system.
Simple & Elegant Forms for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Type form is extremely straightforward when it comes to building forms, while still allowing flexibility and customization for specific use cases. My favorite part of Typeform is the integration with Asana, so I can directly add in a new task from a Typeform response.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have shifted around their pricing plans a bit in the past year, but other than that, I haven't had any real issues with the Platform or any of the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We offer a directory of events on our website, and Typeform acts as the submission form for people to submit their events to us. It's easy-to-use and looks pretty sleek embedded in our WordPress site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a free version worth testing out prior to committing!

I like the friendly tone it has on its core. It allows me to maintain communication through a simple form while also giving a warm welcome to potential clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to connect more than one stripe account to the Typeform account, I think it would be of use when providing services to clients, who might want to try the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding Customers has become much easier with this. It saves us time and also they feel a personalized experience that is based on their own answers while we keep a friendly tone there.
