Versatile, intuitive and integration-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is ideal to create simple or complex types of forms, and the best part is that it can be integrated into several other software platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing that anyone can dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform has been the tool of choice to get responses/feedback from end-users regarding product feature feedback, NPS, preferences, or even roadmap prioritization.
Great for collecting customer data in an organic way.
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of great features built into the questionnaires. They have great templates and the ability to embed forms in our own website is very valuable to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that I wish were there. Like the ability to stop users from moving to the next question without submitting without having to set up logic. Also a setting for limiting responses to one per user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get data on our users to develop new products. Also the ability to find out what resonates with our customers in a non-invasive way. We have been able to launch new programs based on the feedback from our surveys.

Typeform for event surveys
What do you like best about the product?
That you can create surveys with lots of different looks and questions to best tell a story of a particular event.
What do you dislike about the product?
You don't have the ability to edit some results, which can be misleading with the statistics when sharing with clients and team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the impact of your events or any survey needs.
Typeform formed just for you
What do you like best about the product?
I love the display and how eady it is to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothihg is to not like. I love it. Its great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With different forms of spanish. Its easy to learn
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out if you want to help out with customer relations
Clean interface, deep survey building functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Great survey UI and UX makes it extremely easy for people to complete the survey with minimal dropoff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more integrations to survey reward automation platforms, or to have it natively built in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building surveys that are use to build and easy for the customer to complete. We have realized increased completion rates as compared to our previous survey vendor.
Excellent Survey Tool - A Few Improvements Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Building a Typeform is very simple and you have a huge array of question options to choose from. Each survey has the ability to be connected or integrated to a number of different CRMs or databases (we use Hubspot) and you can add pretty advanced logic to any question.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is very basic and while you can see the number of people who started your survey you are not able to see partial responses. This is unfortunate as partial responses can be just as informative as full submissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a robust survey solution that was also able to both integrate with our current systems and provide a great experience for our customers. Our other survey solutions had limited options and did not have a great user interface.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best way to learn Typeform is to start exploring. There are a lot of useful features but they are not always in the most obvious place. Logic, for example, is separate for each question and located on the right sidebar in the upper corner.
User-friendly alternative to Google Forms
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly it is to build out a form and logic. I also like all the different formats available to collect data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more design options to customize your form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve data import and support ticket problems for our customers. Using Typeform has also given us greater insight into how our customers, both current and prospective, think and behave.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I haven't used any other survey software besides Google Forms, but I would highly recommend if you are only using Google Forms to adopt Typeform. It's easy to learn and an excellent experience for your survey participants.
Great for Information
What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful for us to collect pre demo information that we need to showcase the solution our product can offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people do not fill it out so limit your fields to as short as possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us qualify our leads before we demo them
Great Graphic User Interface, but limited free option
What do you like best about the product?
I like the graphic interface the most. It's visually pleasing and creates a simple experience for the person filling out the survey. I also like that the logic is straightforward and easy to navigate if you want certain responders to see different questions or end screens based on their previous answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the free version. You're limited to only ten responses. Plus, if you mistakenly test the form yourself in real-time versus preview mode, then that counts towards your ten responses even if you delete it. From a business perspective, it's great because it forces people to upgrade their plan, but from a consumer standpoint, I was a bit annoyed that I needed to upgrade before fully getting to see if this was the right tool for me. I would have preferred a full 7 day trial to see how all of the upgrades work and then decide on the best plan after that time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm gathering leads for people interested in my services. I could use a Google Form, but it wouldn't be as visually polished or, in my opinion, be taken as seriously by using a free tool. The feature (that I'm not currently paying for) is the ability to see where people discontinue completing the form. But again...to see that useful data, you need to upgrade again. It can become very costly for a small independent business owner.
Organized People-Friendly Forms and Surveys
What do you like best about the product?
It is enabling me to have organized forms like SOPs that are accessible in just a glance. Very user-friendly, most significantly, for newbies like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good. I love the platform. It really helps me ge the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are organizing a lot of SOPs and survey forms for clients. Typeform helps well in keeping everything arranged in one safe place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want an easy-to-use platform that can help you organize a lot of forms like SOPs and surveys, Typeform is perfect for you!
