Awesome Forms

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform transforms the process of submitting web forms into a fun and engaging experience. And the available integrations make it easy to embed the Typeform experience right on your website, in your app, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Typeform delivers an “It just works.” experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are collecting feedback via quizzes and surveys. We’re seeing higher response rates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create and design good looking surveys. I also like the skip logic options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the graphics don't completely show when viewing from mobile view compared to the desktop view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am to create surveys for my clients to collect data.

Best flexible survey solution

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform offers a great drag and drop feature for creating surveys which is fast getting used to. Also, there is a huge variety of question types to choose from. As for the case of logic: you can use their tool to guide the survey the way you planned it to go for every possible choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I quite like Typeform a lot, in my opinion, the free plan is pretty restricted. It all comes down getting one of the paid plans. The logic jumps I prefer for instance will only be available with a paid plan sadly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform quickly became my first choice when creating good-looking surveys within just a few minutes. This tool is highly useful for lead generation or if you intend to gather customer feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended to at least check out the free plan. It will not take long to get used to the tool and you can have fast results.

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the design elements is excellent, and we love the logic mapping within the polling/survey. It can attach itself to our CRM for a hyper-personalized experience for the user is so important.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of our over 65 years old supporters take our surveys and have no problems, which is excellent, but some can't access it because they don't have the most up to date computers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing our level of personalized engagement with supporters, and this allows us to shape our comms better, knowing what works for them. This has therefore increased our supporter LTV

Great product for insights.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and accessibility for our clients. I think that having easy access and a form that re-renders to any device quickly is super helpful and important.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logic and flow is a little wonky. Also, the product has nag-ware features that encourage paid sign ups, and they have recently been trying to migrate more free users into the paid plans by downgrading old forms and features/.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feedback loop is much tighter when we can get real time responses from clients. We also like the integration into our work flow systems. Finally, I think customers think we care more about them when we ask these questions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it.

Dashboard is still very basic. I have not seen fluid integrations with others, everyone notice you´re using Typeform

What do you like best about the product?
- Clean UI, both for creating forms and the form with which the user interacts.
- Pre-made templates.
- Lots of feature to create a beautiful and interactive form/quiz.
- Easy native integration with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
- One thing I would like Typeform to improve is the condition section, there are some restrictions, as I needed to implement a complex condition; it was tough to alter the conditions once it was created. For basic conditions, it is okay, but for complex conditions, it has some drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it to create a quiz for the students; based on their answers to each of the questions, we gave them their predicted ATAR score. We used it to generate leads, and it worked perfectly to serve our purpose.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to create interactive quizzes or build a good-looking form, go for it.

What do you like best about the product?
The forms are easy to build and the user interface is very friendly all my clients are happy when filling out the form.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure I have a dislike just that there would be more offering in the free plan, but I got the paid version. Really Awesome.

I am able to get more responses from my clients

The simplicity of the Typeform data capture and the engagement it creates.

My lack of time to engage with the platform .

I will use Typeform to complete Student surveys, set student goals, educate students about the courses they are considering.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use with a great design. Its ability to connect to Google Sheets is very beneficial. The metrics it provides are helpful, just like it would when using Google Forms. The difference between this and Google forms is that it offers a more conversational flow to giving feedback, which is more inviting to the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free account is really limiting for its number of questions. Especially when you want to go out to only a few customers, but you need to input many questions, it's not very convenient to be required to pay, which makes Google Forms a better choice for our organization most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting in-depth feedback from Customers on their journey with our product. We do interview-like feedback requests, so Typeform offers the perfect solution for that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's perfect for conversational-style feedback requests and aggregating the data from the responses.
