Powerful Survey Tool with Intuitive Logic Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you have a lot of freedom for different survey pathways. If you receive negative feedback, you can find out more with one line of questioning while, if you receive positive feedback, you can ask for permission to use this as a review in another line of questioning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there should be more 'viewer' seats with the basic package. Having to set up an automatic export so that teams that should not use or manipulate this tool but need to review the results is excessive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use typeform to capture trip and booking feedback primarily, it's a great tool that we embed in our client emails and we love that we can see results from years ago no matter how many responses we receive. We also have used this for NPS and other marketing surveys in my organization, allowing us to get a better grasp on how our current customers feel about Savoya.
Great, but could use some updates on integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are various integrations, like Google Sheets, Slack, etc. that you can use to connect to your typeform. it is easy to use and the customer support is great and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could change the language on some set templates. Also there are some integrations that need updates so all pertient infomation is transfered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to register customers for events and allow them to purchase books.

What do you like best about the product?

Its conditional logic and customization options also allow for a more personalized user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Typeform offers a great experience, the pricing can be a bit high for small businesses or individual users. While the design is excellent, heavy customization beyond the provided templates can be slightly limited.

Typeform solves the problem of low engagement with traditional forms by offering an intuitive, interactive experience that keeps users engaged. It helps streamline data collection with automation and integrations, reducing manual work. The platform also enhances user experience with its modern design, leading to higher response rates and more actionable insights. This ultimately saves time, improves decision-making, and enhances the overall effectiveness of data collection.
Intuitive tool that meets all needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way we can customize the flow according to each question and how each score in the response can direct you to a new flow. I also really like the layout of the tool, the organization of the information also helps a lot for anyone to be able to create a new form.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only point I find important and they haven't adapted yet is for the platform to have the Portuguese language. I believe there are many companies in Brazil that use the tool and within the organizations not everyone speaks English.

Great product experience
What do you like best about the product?
The UX of Typeform is unmatched by any other product out there. It also integrates well with Slack, email etc.

I couldn't find a native integration with Hubspot

It's a bit restrictive sometimes. To make it easy the features a somewhat simplistic, but they serve a purpose.

Quick form-based workflows without having to build custom stuff.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a power user of Typeform and absolutely love it. Integrations with google sheet and therefore looker, Logic , Ease of creating a form using AI feature, all top class!

Can not think of any at the moment. I really love the product.

We run our CSATs, Academy Surveys, Certifications, Assessments all using Typeform at CloudZero.
Super Fast and Intuitive Forms with no learning Curve!!
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform was fast and easy to use. No struggling to figure out how it works. I wish all platforms were this easy! I was able to find and send links to clients, I use it several times a week and will likely increase my use of typeform, It was easy to plug in to my app platform at Passion.io.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike at this time.

Easily capturing all the critical info I need to serve my clients and be able to find everyone in one place.
