Ease of Use, Easy Management, User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Typeform for its user-friendly interface that makes creating surveys straightforward and easy. The platform is easy to use and manage when it comes to building complex workflows and offers extensive customization options. This allows me to make each survey feel uniquely tailored and branded, enhancing the overall survey experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
A small thing with Typeform is the default 'created by Typeform' ending page that automatically appears in every survey. It requires attention to edit or remove this typeform mention, as it will otherwise revert to the default setting in each new form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to collect information and to gather insights for the business.
Great software for creating customisable web forms that are visually impressive
What do you like best about the product?
It's very customisable and visual. Works really well for our business that is needs a solution like this to be incredibly visual and easy to understand given our target audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor doesn't work in all browsers. For example I've learnt I need to avoid using it in Brave otherwise it can crash and changes can be lost. Otherwise it's pretty robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a customisable toys & games business and we use typeform to allow customers to be able to custom their order. I don't know what else we'd use. When we originally stumbled upon typeform, we were originally planning to involve a developer to build us something custom. Very glad we went the typeform route for us being able to self serve in the long run.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to set up and build logic in workflows to be able to customize the experience for different users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to send someone through the same series of questions multiple times based on an answer to a previous question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to create a survey for our customers, and this was the best solution because of the way it also displayed easy to understand insights after.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and very intuitive. AI capabilities really help.

Nothing at this stage. I need to learn more all the ways to use it.

We use it to capture info from prospects and clients to learn more about their financial practice. It helps us have more streamlined convos with all the context we need beforehand.

The price is pretty high if you compare with another solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy for the builder and the person submitting the form to use. Make a simple form look professional. The fact that it has the option to send notifications to the person who submitted the form is a big plus.
My team and clients use it every day, so it is now a must in our daily organization. Plus, it was easy for our clients to use and implement as part of their request process for our department. Additionally, I've found they don't take long to fix any issues that arise with the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
While building the form, I had several issues with the logic working properly, even if the map and triggers were correct. When doing a test, the form would ignore some questions.
Also, it would be great if there was an option to upload documents without signing in.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My marketing team receives numerous requests each week. Typeform has significantly improved our ability to track these requests, especially when integrated with Trello. Now, all the information clients need to provide is centralized in one form, eliminating the need for multiple emails.
The requests for marketing materials vary widely, and the conditional logic that Typeform offers has been a game changer for us.
As a result, we save a considerable amount of time, streamline our processes, and make it clearer for clients regarding what to expect.

Great product, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to set up a survey, add conditional logic or branching, and control the various types of questions, response types, etc. The summaries of results are handy as well. Love the flexibility. It's simple for end users to respond on mobile or web as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason I find the branding a bit more challenging to apply than I want it to be. Wish I could buy or earn AI credits on my plan without having to upgrade to a higher tier.

I have used Typeform in its native integration with Affinity, and in many cases this integration fails. It would be a good development to have this improved in the future.
