Flexible Question Logic and Branching for Powerful Surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Range of question types, allowed branching and logic between questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not allow customization of the survey header as much as we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running a industry survey for our niche - allowed data collection, anonymously but with the option of leaving email if users wanted to.
Clean, Interactive Forms That Are Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Typeform is how clean and easy it is to use. It feels more interactive than traditional forms, which makes the whole experience smoother and less boring.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like as much is that some parts can feel a bit slow or require extra steps to complete simple tasks. It would be better if the workflow was more streamlined and faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform helps simplify the process of collecting and organizing requests like email changes. Instead of handling everything manually, it keeps the information structured and easy to track, which saves time and reduces errors.
Effortless Lead Management with Typeform
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of synchronization Typeform offers. It's great how all my leads automatically add up to my CRM pipeline, which makes following up on them much faster. Setting up Typeform was easy, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the data visualization could be more robust. I'd like to see graphical representation and segmentation of all leads, maybe by zipcode, region, type of leads, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Typeform to get leads from the website and sync them with my CRM Pipedrive. It's valuable because all my leads automatically add up to my CRM pipeline, making follow-ups much faster.
Easy Survey Setup with Smooth Integrations and AI-Powered Creation
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to set up surveys and integrate the results with external tools like Google Suite, Hubspot, and others. More recently, it introduced an AI feature that makes creating surveys even simpler. I also like that it lets you send custom variables, so you can correlate responses with leads and customers from your own database. Another thing I appreciate is the localization support: surveys in different languages can be stored within the same survey, which I really love.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was looking for a single tool that could help me centralize my research. So far, it has been useful for email surveys; however, the UX for pop-up surveys isn’t ideal. It’s not really possible to customize them (on mobile, the pop-up takes up the full page), and it’s difficult to set up triggers or custom events to control when the survey appears. It seems like it needs to be coded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to send surveys to my customer database across different countries. By using localization, it simplifies both the process and the analysis, and it also lets me integrate the responses with third-party tools.
Simple way to collect feedbacks and informations from the users
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is easy to use, and the interface is simple and straightforward. At Airmeet, we often need to collect customer feedback or gather information from users after events or as part of different workflows. It makes it easy to create clean, interactive forms without much setup, which helps us move quickly when we need to launch something.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge is that some useful features are only available in higher pricing plans. Also, when managing a large number of responses, it sometimes takes extra effort to organize or filter the data depending on the use case. Takes time to load thats a big problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to collect the structured feedback and info from users in a consistent way. Instead of receiving feedback through channels like emails or chats, forms allow us to gather responses in one place. It's easy to review those feedbacks.
Multi-Routable Surveys that feel premium to clients
What do you like best about the product?
It's a well featured survey software that allows anything from a simple linear survey to something more complex with multiple routing options. The animations between questions also give it that nice touch that makes it feel more premium and "alive" to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, for what we do, it does what we need so no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform helps us gather data to qualify our lead funnel taking in hundreds of applications for sessions a day. It also is used to gather customer satisfaction data and commentary to help us better our product. We also use it for quizzes/tests inside our membership site in our learning modules. All our staff use it daily to submit an End of Day report to summarize their accomplishments of the day to keep us all accountable.
Typeform Makes Surveys and Lead-Gen Forms Fast, Mobile-First, and Insightful
What do you like best about the product?
If you want to create survey's, leadgen forms, or other type of questionnaires easily, Typeform is the best tool I know you can use to create the forms quickly, mobile first design and easy to get the statistics and input from. Also it's super easy to integrate Typeform with third party tools like Mailchimp to push forms to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is not the cheapest in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy creating different leadgeneration forms and surveys which can be shared and used instantly. So it spares you a lot of time to create good forms online.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Typeform is the user experience it creates for respondents. The one-question-at-a-time format makes forms feel much more conversational and engaging compared to traditional surveys. The interface is also very intuitive when building forms, and the design options make it easy to create surveys that look clean and professional. I also appreciate the integrations with other tools, which makes it easy to send responses to other platforms and automate workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be quite high compared to other form builders, especially if you need advanced features or a large number of responses. Some useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can make it harder for smaller teams to fully leverage the platform. I would also like to see more advanced analytics and reporting directly within Typeform.

Typeform helps us collect feedback and information from customers in a way that feels much more engaging than standard forms. This improves response rates and the quality of the data we collect. It also allows us to easily build surveys for things like customer feedback, NPS, or internal data collection, and then connect the responses to other tools we use. Overall, it simplifies the process of gathering structured data while keeping the experience smooth for respondents.
