Sleek and just works
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform feels so much more professional than google forms - with customizable url, branding, and consistent design elements The conditional fields streamline the user experience. The integrated and shareable reports are also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's on the pricier side. I wish it had full sign off compliance like jotform.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the pricing is definitely on the premium side, the value and results make it well worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is helping us pre-qualify clients and match them with the right services before they ever step through the door. By using beautifully designed, interactive quizzes, we’re able to gather key information about their skin concerns, goals, and preferences—allowing us to personalize their experience and recommend the most appropriate membership package upfront. It also helps us identify their needs in advance, so our team is better prepared and more efficient during consultations. This has streamlined our workflow, improved client satisfaction, and boosted conversions.

I built a typeform to help manage new inquiries for my business and it has been a GAMECHANGER for my practice. New clients love it and it gives me all of the info I need to get things rolling.

it's solving new booking inquiries, putting them all in one place, giving me consistency and ease of access.
Easily collect data, opinions, and consumer input
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform has allowed me to collect data from various sources, mainly being incoming potential partners for our e-commerce platform. Its integrations allow me to seamlessly build a professional, easy-to-use, all-in-one survey, which has helped contribute to building my brand identity and maintain a polished and credible reputation. It's also so easy to send out to clients and partners, and I can also easily embed the links in my website and LinkTree.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any issues with Typeform and use it every day!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is helping me to streamline and scale how my business collects valuable information from both customers and food partners. As a curated marketplace supporting small-batch food makers, we need an intuitive and engaging way to gather product information, creator bios, marketing assets, and collaboration interest that's both easy for the food partner to complete and easy for us to read. By using Typeform’s clean, user-friendly interface, we’re able to improve completion rates for onboarding and intake forms, standardize submissions so we can quickly pull content for product pages and social media, automate data collection to reduce back-and-forth emails and manual follow-up, and schedule one-to-one meetings with partner leads using Typeform's Calendly integration.
It is an intuitive tool that allows you to create elegant forms.

I like the options it has, and it allows for flexibility in creating forms with a wide variety of objectives, with various types of formats and available formatting.

The final links we use from the forms, I find quite extensive.

I am managing to capture leads for my business and also gather customer feedback in a simple and centralized way.
Organized Interface, But Hard to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Typeform gives me the opportunity to find people who are a better fit for what I'm doing. The ability to sequence questions and its overall organization and layout particularly stand out to me. I appreciate how these features help in gauging the interest and seriousness of potential clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the setup process of Typeform difficult and overwhelming, especially as someone who is not very tech-savvy. The interface looks too technical for my comfort, making initial usability challenging. I would prefer it to be more user-friendly and easier to understand from the start. The design and layout could be easier on the eyes to facilitate a smoother learning curve for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Typeform to identify suitable clients through targeted questionnaires, which helps focus on serious prospects, enhancing my client acquisition process.
Excellent platform but quite expensive

Aesthetic, very easy to understand, I use it frequently to send my users forms that are much nicer looking than Google Forms

It's very expensive, and the limit for submissions should not be so low.

Simple to use, slick surveys!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how the surveys look and feel to the people taking part. Much better than some others, which can feel dated and more like filling in a spreadsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
When analysing the results, the results summary is really useful to track progress and to grab quick insights for LinkedIn posts etc. It would be amazing if in the future the results part was developed to make it easier to create a final product using your survey - I currently export the results and then have to make my own charts in excel to get it looking how I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run an annual salary survey with quite detailed questioning and logic. It makes this process incredibly easy, and has the tools I need in terms of multiple question types and tha ability to align with my own branding.
