Your way to Integration

What do you like best about the product?
The things i like about Boomi as an Integration platform are-
1. Easy to setup in k8's or be it VM with the precise documentation.
2.Helpful support team which is available when required.
3.Good Integration support across all the third party platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things i dislike about Boomi are -
1. The downtime which we face while Boomi update its product , even when the Runtime is hosted on our premise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boomi are solving so many problems for our clients , some of them are -
1. Handling EDI files and processing them quite effectively and efficiently.
2.Working as a middleman between multiple platforms.
3.Clients use it as an API gateway to secure their API's.

A solid, stable integration platform

What do you like best about the product?
Boomi is incredibly stable, its truly the best compliment I can give it. Once a process has been thoroughly tested and promoted it just works, and any issues that arise are always on one end or the other not in Boomi itself
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes there visibility into what is happening between connections is not as good as it needs to be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it manages all of our interfaces between our ERP and all of our other applications

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn. They provide good documentations. They provide free certifications and their community is really huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to even execute the process in the process reporting tab manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are integrating different systems together and boomi is helping us syncing different systems like ServiceNow, Quickbase, IFS, Azure Cloud together for our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple integrations available.
Easy to develop custom integrations.
Reliable tool for regular use.
Customer support is quick and often provides working solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows are a bit complex to create.
Limited documentation makes it difficult to implement newer features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we use Boomi as a center for all the integrations for our ecommerce application.
It includes real time communication and data flow between multiple environments using different types of integrations, regular time based feeds.
Often, we use Boomi for on-demand API calls from web pages to servers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are a significant amount of native connection for integrations built in. I also like the UI canvas experience for integration. It is clear and understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a one stop platform and it has been difficult learning everything provided by the product. The Boomi World conference has been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration and data mapping are our primary uses. Solving manual data entry and replication.

What do you like best about the product?
Boomi is a great tool for integration. We enjoy using the AI creatures and capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more detailed logging for AS2

It allows us to receive our data, map it and send to our backend applications.

What do you like best about the product?
In the last couple of years there has been a lot of positive change in Boomi. Excited for the direction the platform is heading and it seems Boomi is investing a lot in product enhancements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some quirks and frustrating nuances that make it difficult to work with at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration needs with salesforce, NetSuite, contract lifecycle management, procurement, and custom donation processing systems.
