Boomi Integrations is the best way, how to integrate different systems with data validation and transformation during one connection.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Boomi is integrating multiple applications without any coding, it is an amazing tool. which can connect to on-premises and cloud.

Good for now but it would be great if can add a few more features like scripting options.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses Boomi to integrate multiple applications like SalesForce, Netsuite, Databases and many more. It really easy to adapt this tool, and also easy to monitor the logs and look into the processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Community ideas and involvement. Great and quick responses to questions or issues. Ease of use and quick development for even the novice of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search functionality could be improved to dig down deep into processes. An automated flow chart/diagramming tool (soon to be released) will be nice. Soon suggested connections will assist in rapid development.

Recent changes to deployments are headed in right directions. Community is followed and answered leading to improvements that are deployed 11 times a year.
Easy to adapt - Powerful Atomspehere API
What do you like best about the product?
I just created lot of automations using Atomsphere API to monitor boomi Process health. Easy to use and adapt to boomi.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow should be available for all the customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Health monitoring and automation was not there earlier, so decided to contact Boomi tech support and they suggested me Atomsphere API. It's easy to use and implement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Multiple ways to solve integration issues. Easy to implement and saves a lot of manual effort. Generally, implementing an integration project took more no of resources and setup, but with boomi it's hardly one or two people can handle the full integrations along with support. Cost-wise we should adopt dell boomi instead of relying on standard practices. Dell boomi support is one of the best teams that we can get the most feasible help 24/7.
Boomi is great, but the company growth leaves few in Support with strong knowledge

Boomi has been a key component with helping us bring together our customers legacy systems, in a streamlined and reliable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Boomi product itself is awesome, however at times it's challenging to get sound advice on best practices, especially when selecting and implementing run time architectures. We spent a lot of time and resources getting our runtime architecture stabilized, by trial and error.

The business problem we leveraged Boomi for has been to integrate legacy systems external of our firewall with our ERP solution.

Spend the time to have all users go through the training and plan from the start around architecture and development approaches

What do you like best about the product?
Boomi's strong points are its SaaS/cloud nature, its volume of pre-built connectors, the ease of writing integrations for systems that don't have pre-built connectors, and its intuitive wire-flow format that builds on the upsides of competing products while simultaneously improving their functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boomi is priced based on connection endpoint rather than volume of data, which means that you need to know how many endpoints you will need for the term of your contract, or you will have to renew your contract early.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Dell Boomi to provide master data replication and data warehouse ETL processes to move data from our operational ERPs (SAP and Plex) to our central data repository (Workday Prism). We also use it to integrate our more real-time processes such as employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, etc.) and bolt-on system communications.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and speed with which a process can be spun up and deployed. It can be truly breathtaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
For smaller or charitable organizations, the pricing scheme can be limited and discourage growth once choosen.

We're currently in the process of transitioning from a monolithic custom on premise system to a distributed architecture of off the shelf systems. Boomi has been essential to this process to populate and maintain data integrity across systems as more and more come online.

Very easy to understand, develop and implement, mostly without code, with just connectors and mapping
What do you dislike about the product?
While taking copies of Production and Development environments are easy, it is a bit challenging to roll out Devlopment Design updates smoothly to Production without sometimes having to redo the design in Production

Master data integration between ERP and database systems with Salesforce and web services to form a real time gateway, such as getting prices, order history from ERP to Salesforce

Easy to implement without coding or very minimal javascript coding in exceptional mapping circumstances

Features like subprocess invocation, cache and management using atomsphere

Real time integrations cannot be tested in test mode

A2A integration with mostly salesforce on one end. Other end can be SAP or different database such as DB2 or Oracle. This is scalable.

The shapes have strong capabilities enough to build the integration to fulfill the business need.

Not support the excel file
The map only support 1 to 1 profile, it would be better to have n to 1 profile mapping
The source version control is not too good to avoid conflict.
No detail compassion between revision is a point need to be improved

Implement the B2B integration between Vendors system and NetSuite. Because of the built-in shapes and connections, the implementation is taking less time and effort

If you are looking for a quick and reliable solution for cloud-based systems integration then Dell Boomi is a very good choice. Training materials provided by Dell Boomi is also a big plus, so gaining the Boomi implementation skill is not a big challenge.
