A Game-Changer for Employee Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Empuls has made it incredibly easy for our team to recognize and reward each other. The interface is intuitive; the social feed adds a layer of fun to peer-to-peer recognition, and the wide range of reward options keeps employees genuinely excited. It also integrates well with Slack, which fits seamlessly into our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing so far. The platform works smoothly and meets all our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Empuls, employee appreciation was sporadic. Now, recognition happens in real time, and it's visible across the company. We've seen a noticeable boost in morale, and survey participation has gone up thanks to the reward incentives. It’s helped create a more connected and appreciative work culture.
Customisable , Easy to use and Target oriented
What do you like best about the product?
The spiff in this software is great and so does rewards. It motivates us to work hard and increase performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrong data is reflecting, daily percentage of achievement is changing drastically and data is not updated on time .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier it was a headache for me to track my spiff but this platform has made it easy to track and pay for spiffs.

Empuls helps in keeping employees motivated, thus leading to increased staff retention
Compass - A tool for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the compass is how it simplifies the management of architecture, gives clear visualization and monitoring, as well as its integration with other Atlassian products.

There is a learning curve for the new users as well as limited integration with non-atlassian tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use compass to centralise the sales performance data. It gives us a lot of dashboards to see the sales data as well as drops and rise in percentage compared to previous months/years. We have integrated it with our Salesforce system.

It is very easy to use and offers various attractive rewards. After all, their customer service team helps a lot and simplifies all the problems faced

Nothing. It's perfect to use and offers complete features

They solved the problem regarding voucher/gift card display. Where the link given does not work as it should for me to redeem the reward. In the end I am very happy that their customer service team helped to solve the problem well and quickly.
Plum helps me to get what i want from hundreds of brands without costing any penny
What do you like best about the product?
Yes plum helps me in getting what i want from the huge variety of stores available there. On top of that i need not pay any cash to purchase goods or services because of the gift cards/vouchers which helps me a lot to purchase things. And their customer service is excellent and you never have to lose rewards if you made a mistake while purchasing products beacuse of their excellent customer service. Thanks a lot plum for my needs and that is highly recommended.

nothing at the moment but i do hope that they will continue to add more merchants for the convenience of all

recently when redeeming a reward i typed my email address wrongly by mistake so i could not receive the gift card and then when i contacted the customer care of plum they resolve my issue within 5hrs and i got what i deserve
