Great Experience Overall - but UI can improve
What do you like best about the product?
The password sharing feature is very good and integration with active directory is very helping.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI interface is very poor. Password structuring not upto mark.

How easy it is to use. The lack of issues ive ever had with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you forget your master password it may take some work to get back in however that's really a good thing just a bit of a hassle.

The abundance of passwords & the ability to 'remember' them effectively.
Convenient, Secure Password Storage with Seamless Cross-Device Access
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is convenient for secure password storage, autofill that actually works, and easy access across devices (computer and phone and tablet). It reduces mental clutter, saves time, and enforces better security habits. I stopped reusing passwords because of the ease from device to device. The new passkey function is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
LastPass has had past security breaches and occasional autofill issues when an app isn't recognized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass solves password sprawl, weak or reused credentials, and the hassle of remembering logins.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and get new non-tech savvy employees to use too. It will automatically save your passwords with a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Soemtimes have to login but other than that it's a great tool to store personal confidential information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it centralizes credentials and makes password hygiene easier across the org. It reduced a lot of bad habits.

No real drawbacks from my experience as a user.

LastPass is solving basic password management for me. It centralizes credentials, enforces stronger passwords, and makes it easier to log in without reusing or forgetting passwords. That saves time and reduces friction day to day

Dislikes about LastPass center on significant security breaches (especially the 2022 incident where vaults were accessed), poor and inaccessible customer support, inconsistent autofill/saving performance, frequent login/sync issues, and frustrations with the user experience,

What do you like best about the product?
I find LastPass easy to use and convenient for keeping my passwords safe. It eliminates the need to remember every login, which solves my problem of password memory and prevents the repetitive use of the same password. I appreciate that LastPass pops up at login pages to retrieve passwords for me, which makes it really user-friendly. The initial setup was super simple as well.

Once it’s set up, it just quietly works in the background—which is exactly what you want from a tool like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about LastPass is the security incidents in the past, which hurt trust for a product built around protecting data. It can also feel slow or buggy at times, especially with browser extensions, and some useful features have been moved behind the paid plan, which frustrates long-time users. Overall, it works, but those issues make you think twice about relying on it fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass solves the problem of remembering and managing dozens of passwords across different sites. Instead of reusing weak passwords or forgetting them, it stores everything securely and fills them in automatically. That benefits me by saving time, reducing login friction, and improving security with strong, unique passwords—so I don’t have to think about passwords at all in day-to-day use.
