This is where the LastPass comes hande to capture these for you and reduct risk on the low password complexity and stored in the untrusted location. Last pass keep this safe and accessable. This usnt just limited to web/site/tool passowrds but can also sahre and store other files.

What do you like best about the product?
If you're like most people, you have dozens of passwords that you have to remember. And if you're like most people, you probably use the same password for multiple accounts. This can be a major security risk. That's where LastPass comes in. LastPass is a password management solution that makes it easy to create and store your passwords so YOU don't have to remember them. It also makes it easy to share passwords with others. Best of all, it's zero-knowledge-based and password-protected, so your information is safe. I've been using LastPass for both my business and personal use for a while now and I love it. It's saved me a lot of time and hassle. I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Re-setting your 'Master' password can be a bit cumbersome however I think it is because they are being ultra careful to ensure you're identity is confirmed. I'd love to see it be a little more 'simple', if possible.

LastPass: The ultimate password management solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love LastPass, especially its seamless integration with Azure Active Directory's single sign-on. The setup on the initial page was straightforward to understand from start to finish - a significant plus! Plus, all those websites that are compatible with the browser extension make password management so much easier as there is no need to keep track separately; everything can be saved in one platform effortlessly thanks to this privileged access management system. Moreover, who wouldn't benefit from services like Password organization? Last but certainly not least, their folder-sharing feature makes it a world-class offering... amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that, to use LastPass's group sharing feature, I have to make a few changes to Firefox's security settings. As someone who likes to ensure their privacy by disallowing cookies and social media access and cleaning my browsing history each session close-out, there was an unavoidable minor negotiation necessary before getting the desired outcome. Thankfully, I managed it with only minimal adjustments needed.

LastPass benefits our business by clarifying our password usage across different services, customer websites, and more. It has also proven invaluable in controlling access to confidential information so that only authorized personnel can view it.

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass keeps all my passwords, log-in information, and personal digital details safe, secure and available from anywhere. For instance, if my phone was lost or stolen while traveling, I would only need to log into my LastPass account, where all my personal and business information is stored for easy retrieval. I keep the details of my passport, credit information, and even health information so that in the event of an emergency, I have immediate access from anywhere in the world.
Most importantly, I only have to remember ONE password.
I have used LastPass since 2012 and recommend it to all my clients.

Works as it should but difficult sometimes
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great password vault that you can share with or without sensitive information. It remembers everything but do not forget to categorize your saved data in your vault!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get bulky. If you are not diligent with categorizing passwords or ensuring the web address login is the same or similar to the domain login you are saving, it can be difficult to find the password. For instance, I need a Workday login which I saved and Lastpass saved for me; however, the login is a Microsoft login and the un and PW are not showing up correctly. Hence, MAKE SURE you look at the LastPass popup and categorize the saved info right then and there or you could end up like me in a tag you're it email string with the company that requires a Workday account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass is a great password manager and it is easy to share UN's and PW's with or without the recipient able to see the sensitive information. No more Notepad or physical notebook with all my passwords written down. Although I do keep some personally encrypted ones handy still :)
