LastPass Makes Password Management Effortless Across All Devices

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass makes credential management simple and consistent across all my devices. The vault is easy to organize, and generating strong passwords takes almost no effort. Shared folders also make it straightforward to give others access without exposing sensitive information. Overall, it removes a lot of friction from daily authentication tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser extension can occasionally feel a bit slow to load on first launch, and some advanced settings are buried deeper in the interface than they need to be. The mobile app works well but switching between personal and shared items could be smoother. None of these are deal‑breakers, but they’re areas where the experience could be more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass centralizes all my credentials, so I don’t have to remember or manually track anything. It ensures every account uses a strong, unique password, which significantly improves security. It also saves time by autofilling logins across browsers and devices, and it reduces risk by securely sharing credentials with colleagues when needed. It’s become a core part of maintaining a secure, efficient workflow.

LastPass Makes Passwords and Passkeys Effortless Across All My Devices

  • March 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is one of the password managers that I use on a daily basis. The issue I struggled with was finding a password manager that worked everywhere I needed it to. Most of the platforms I found fell short, but one day I stumbled upon LastPass, and it completely changed the way I save, store, use, share, and manage all of the crucial login credentials I have to use multiple times on a daily basis. LastPass is installed on my phone, on my home computer, on my work computer, and on a tablet. Everywhere I go, LastPass does too. I love that they also store passkeys for accounts, which makes logging in so much more secure, but with LastPass, using a passkey is no longer a drawn-out process that takes a ton of time to get dialed in every time you want to use it. You can set up LastPass to complete an auto-login process for you, so when you get to a website you want to log into, LastPass takes over and gets you into your account before you even realize it. The platform is secure. It reminds me every time I have a reused or weak password. Clicking on one of the providers in your vault takes you straight to the login page, without the need to type anything in. Getting everything set up on my computer and all of my accounts was incredibly easy. Getting all of my accounts signed in and passwords or other sensitive data stored on the platform made integration a really intuitive process. Finally, LastPass is fairly inexpensive for what it does. I joined when LastPass was free, and I wish you could still use it in multiple locations while still being free, but I don't mind paying for quality software, and I definitely feel LastPass fits in this category.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish LastPass had remained free, like it was in previous years, but I can understand why they needed to charge for the service, and I don't mind paying for it. There are definitely some known bugs that have existed for years that have yet to be fixed, but every major software product I can think of has these. One thing I wish would work a little better is staying logged into a computer or device I use frequently. One of the bugs I mentioned makes it so that, occasionally, I have to log into the browser extension every day until I get things back to normal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass helps me by allowing me to have extremely complex passwords or other login credentials without the need to remember them. They keep my data safe and locked in a vault that I can access from anywhere I need.

  • February 26, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

I utilize LastPass Business across all our business and personal needs as well. It is a great resource for us. It helps us save time and money. We can authorize different people in our business and professional lives to have access to different programs we use. We can quickly give them access to things without giving them complete control. It has saved us time and improved our efficiency as an organization, and I cannot tell you how many hours it has saved by eliminating the need to remember or figure out passwords. It is a truly game-changer.

LastPass Business is the ultimate password manager, which allows us to share account sign-in details with others on our team without disclosing the username and password. As a group of team members using LastPass Business, we are able to share credentials with each other. We are then able to work on certain projects or tasks effectively without worrying about our security, thus promoting remote collaboration or team collaboration.

What is most valuable?

LastPass Business helps to create and save new passwords for any sort of logging you can think of. It is incredibly easy to share access without sharing passwords. It is incredibly easy to revoke access when someone does not need it anymore or if you do not want them to have it. It saves time. I do not have to remember all the passwords, just one master password for LastPass Business.

All of the features of LastPass Business are very important because they are very secure. It solves most of our information technology and cybersecurity issues.

I love LastPass Business because it has a vault that saves and stores organizational-wide credentials. It saves time from having to ask a coworker for their login information. It takes the stress out of worrying about internet security related threats because it is very secure.

LastPass Business has saved a lot of time when onboarding new staff and providing them with access to our login information for particular accounts. It has saved us about fifty to fifty-five percent of our time because we can share our credentials securely. Password security is vital, knowing that as a business, we can change passwords at a moment's notice without impacting the whole company. We can have access to LastPass Business on multiple devices on the go, promoting collaboration.

What needs improvement?

Improvements are needed to the vault access via desktop in LastPass Business. It always seems to take time, leading me through the score center, and then the frustration begins when you cannot get out of the screen.

LastPass Business needs to provide a simple and straightforward pathway to access the vault on the desktop when a user wants and needs that access.

I previously used QuickBooks Online and Trello.

I switched from QuickBooks Online and Trello to LastPass Business because LastPass Business can easily scale with our needs. I only wish it was easier for users to review what folders they have access to. As you scale, you will want to ensure that you set up in an organized fashion, or it can feel unruly. It allows others to manage what they need to save, which saves you time in managing. It is also very secure, so we do not have to worry about data breaches. LastPass Business is very cost-effective, can be used by any size of organization, and is very easy to use, making it a good alternative to Trello and QuickBooks Online.

It is really great for remote teams and for using contractors who might need short-term access to your logins.

It would be nice if LastPass Business had a support landing page with quick how-to videos in multiple languages. However, I have not had a lot of need for support.

I would rate this review a nine out of ten.
