Last Pass is critical for enterprise security
What do you like best about the product?
1. Last Pass' vault for unique credentials UX is excellent

Great Protection
What do you like best about the product?
To be able to securely save my passwords. Easy to use across your devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy Last Pass and do not have any dislikes,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remembers my passwords for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of the Chrome Plugin and ability to share passwords across an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
You randomly get kicked out of LastPass and your password hint will disappear. It's almost impossible to get someone in customer support in a timely manner.

Keeping passwords secure while still being able to share across the organization.
Great solution for secure password management
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using LastPass for 3+ years now ever since we had a company meeting on password security. I used to use the same iterations of weak passwords until I learned how easy it is to have a passwod compromized. LastPass is great for many reasons: 1) you only have to remember 1 password, 2) It's SUPER easy and user friendly, 3) It's seamless using it on both mobile and desktop, 4) the strong password generator is an awesome tool to quickly and easily generate, save, and use unique and stong passwords. I've already recommended it to my family and friends whenever I see they use weak passwords, or they ask me about password security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is getting logged out intermittently. I think it's a security feature, but I have to reenter my master password to log back in at least 1-2 times per month. Not a big deal honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use, generating strong and reliable passwords for my many accounts (feels like hundreds), and the overall sense of security that it brings.

I love the freedom of forgetting variations of my password - LastPass has my back!

The automatic logging out, especially if I am using it across various devices

Easy for remote team to use it and share all relevant passwords

Sometimes crom extension does not always load.

I enjoy the mobile app and the admin portal.

I dislike the browser extension, some of the auto-filling, and auto-saving functionalities.

It provides a fairly easy to use password management tool that our users are familiar with and have adopted.
I've been using LastPass in my day to day role without any big hurdles or issues thus far.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of the browser extensions and how it seemlessly implements with the webpages. I like that whenever I reach out to support, they're avaible to answer my questions in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it's confusing at times to add a one time password (OTP) on a rotating secret. It's not as intuitive at times. I think having the vault open but not in a separate tab will be better integration into the Chrome browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of having to remember multiple unsecured passwords for our day to day applications. It is also helpful in sharing vualts and secrets with other colleagues that are on the same team.

What do you like best about the product?
Between work and personal life, passwords are becoming more complicated. LastPass makes passwords and security a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users are not able to update passwords when a website requires them to update it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass allows our business to share passwords and login information with multiple users while maintaining security and privacy. We are able to easily update passwords.
Great tool with even better communication from LastPass
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to organize all of my passwords by group.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mac Desktop app can get in the way at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securily storing all of my passwords in one area that is not tied to my personal passwords.
