What do you like best about the product?
I like most how easy it is to share my passwords with those that I trust, and that I hardly ever get locked out of websites anymore. Setting up LastPass was extremely easy for us, and we've been very happy with it as our first password keeper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes LastPass doesn't activate on sites that I think it should be activating on, so I have to go to the extensions browser and turn it on. However, that doesn't happen that often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass solves the problem of different devices saving different passwords, preventing me from getting locked out. It also makes sharing passwords easy and reduces lockouts from websites.
Dependable Password Manager with Seamless Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I use LastPass practically every day and it allows me to function more efficiently. I like that it links me to sites and easily pulls up my login information, and I trust that it keeps my information safe. It's a safe, reliable place to keep my information for the sites that I frequent. I also appreciate how it makes it easy to login and helps create password protections. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

Sometimes it doesn't pull up the same website address and I dont know how to find it

I use LastPass daily for efficient functioning. It safely stores and retrieves my login info, making site logins easy and secure.

What do you like best about the product?
I use LastPass for both business and personal purposes, and I really like the seamless access across all my devices, whether it's my work PC, home PC, or mobile phone. The password generator is great because it ensures I don't have any duplicated passwords. I also appreciate how I can separate personal and business accounts in a single pane of glass while still accessing them easily. The SSO login from another security provider adds an extra layer of security, which is important to me. I have two accounts—one personal and one business—and LastPass offers a friends and family benefit that upgrades my personal account to a business one, linking both accounts. This lets me access my passwords effortlessly, integrating business and personal needs nicely. The initial setup of LastPass was really simple, and I'd highly recommend it, giving it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to remember the Master Password to do some things and every now and then I need to relink my personal account. It would be better if I could do that less often.

I use LastPass for seamless password access across devices, secure separation of personal and business accounts, and a powerful password generator to avoid duplicates.
Secure, Easy-to-Use Hub for Sensitive IT Info with a Great Windows App
What do you like best about the product?
One secure location for our IT team to track our sensitive information for the company. It's also very easy to use and has a great Windows desktop app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about it and I can't think of any improvements to it at the moment.

One centralized location in the cloud that can be accessed from anywhere so that we always can get to our data.
Effortless Cross-Platform Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that LastPass holds my pass keys and passwords, making it really easy for me to save a password on one device and have it update on other devices. It's easy to use, and I find it worth paying for the subscription to have one-time passwords. I've got multiple family members using it too. I enjoy that I can right-click on the icon in my browser plugin to populate the one-time passwords as I'm logging into a site. It works really well across platforms and is well integrated with both Android phones and my iPhone. I also appreciate saving passwords, storing credit cards and addresses, and using the secure notes to handle very private financial information. At work, it's been beneficial because we switched from saving passwords in browsers to using LastPass, which allows us to share folders and passwords within our team. The initial setup was incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experienced a bug with the one-time password feature about a year ago, which led me to stop using it. Even though I'm paying for this feature, I haven't checked if it works now and instead have been using LastPass Authenticator. It's not a big deal, but the bug did make me stop using that specific feature in LastPass.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LastPass for logging in, saving passwords across devices, and securely storing credit cards and addresses. It allows my work team to share passwords easily, improving our collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
I love LastPass as it has helped my team gather all passwords in one place, it is easy to share passwords on there. Useful on our mobile phones as well.

I have not found anything that I dislike so far.

It is keeping all our passwords safe and in one place for our team to use.
User-Friendly and Highly Customizable—A Smooth Experience So Far
What do you like best about the product?
LP is very user-friendly and highly customizable to the way I use my personal devices. So far, I haven’t had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used other similar products, I’ve only had minor notification or spam emails. That isn’t really the application itself, but more the business side, and it’s something I can opt out of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because I work in technology, I have 40+ passwords across different systems, on top of my personal accounts. This has made my everyday work and personal life much easier to manage. The added peace of mind around security helps as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that LastPass is pretty intuitive, and it's an add-on to Chrome, which we primarily use. It's easy to add users and to change permissions for users. This makes password management effortless, which is exactly what I want. The ability to manage passwords and permissions easily is very valuable, allowing for quick changes in access, especially when offboarding staff or when someone needs immediate access. The software is very easy to use for staff, and I think it saves our tech operations a great deal of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think, in terms of, like, two-step verification and backup codes, we may not be utilizing it the best way possible, but there's some work around that that would be helpful. Also, one thing to help improve on the app, it would be great if there's autofill on the phone app, which there's not. So that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LastPass for password management across my nonprofit. It ensures unique, safe passwords for all sites, allows us to share them securely, and manage access quickly based on job roles. It's intuitive, cuts off ex-staff access immediately, and saves our tech team a significant amount of time.
