This containerzation reduce our business cost pretty much .
What do you like best about the product?
Ease way of deploying and monitoring application. Providing access to the pears. Direct deployment from system command line. Most likable part is the free access with 1GB space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Virtual desktop are kind of old infrastructure, as currently most doesn't prefer working on vd , they use cloud platform with accessing from there device not from a vdi
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realtime monitoring, different log level approach in monitoring. Disabling service on UI level or stopping th service for while.Application management will be great
Big learning curve but cool stuff
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and capability. I am excited to continue to learn what capabilities it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity and lack of programs on the Power environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick deployment. However, with that comes challenges to developers that are new to the CI/CD pipelines and yamls

standardization of container orchestration tech, developer tooling, cloud native ci/cd

not much to mention here, i love the platform as it is but maybe worth mentioning the high compute needs for developers to start playing with it

as a former developer, i'm in love with how easily transferrable the skills of cloud native development in openshift are
quite simple, once you have everything dockerized

the possibility of scaling and managing the containers

nothing for the moment, while I keep testing them

The integration with external tools and the out of the box operators are outstanding features that help acclerate development and infrastrucure delivery.

Sometimes the ACM hub is unstable after restarts, I would like more robustness

It helps with Multi-cloud stratergy with ACM

It's a little bit complicated to use the documentation of the product

The customer are very interessted by all the capabilities and the extansion ( RHACM, RHACS, Data Fondation ) of the product
Great all in one kubernetes distribution

It's a complete platform built around Kubernetes. No need to figure out stuff like a monitoring, logging, ... stack yourself

Runs behind on the upstream projects. Some upstream features are missing.

What do you like best about the product?
The Reliability which is most important for Telco Operators to meet the stringent requirement of SLA and KPI.

Regarding the issue is concerned, Redhat should focus on the licensing model particularly for ORAN deployments. The scale is very high and some out of the box licensing model needs to be thought out so the overall TCO is viable for the customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we look at the Telecom industry landscape the , Vmware had the major share , but slowly what we are observing that due to the disaggregated approach, the industry is going through Open shift is becoming the choice for the customer. Multiple different Network workloads can run on the same Openshift platform, connectivity between different network components is very easy. The availability of the different CNI plugin makes it really helpful.
