What do you like best about the product?
A dashboard that is easy to use even beginners can create a good working dashboard by using Cognos

There are times when the Cognos can be slower while using big datasheet

Able to create robust report and I'm able to analyse, even ease of distribution of reports to other teams also helps alot

IBM Cognos Analytics helps us bring all our data together in one place, which makes things a lot easier. Instead of jumping between different systems, we can pull reports, build dashboards, and actually see what’s going on in the business without the manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
We can access dashboards and reports right from our phone, which helps us to make quick decisions on the go. The web interface is also super easy to use, there is hardly any learning curve. Also, it connects easily with our cloud, apps and databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with complex datasets, the tool's performance slows down sometimes. There is definitely some improvements are needed in how data is optimized for a smoother experience.

It improved our buisiness process agility. Reduced our decision-making time.

User group distribution and capacity management are well supported. I can easily manage user roles and permissions, and the integration with Planning Analytics and Azure AD is straightforward. We have reliable and responsive access to IBM support, which has been very helpful. I use the product frequently and find the navigation highly intuitive and user-friendly. The product’s installation and configuration are easy to implement.

At times, I encounter some difficulties when using filters to build reports.
