Ingenious yet simple
What do you like best about the product?
Arkose has managed to disrupt a field that has been seriously under served. Fraudsters have access to the same sophisticated tools as large companies, and they have time to crack the static roadblocks that were being thrown at them. "friction" becomes fun to the genuine customer in the gamified challenges presented, but a nightmare to machines.
Also love their really unique style of customer engagement, non-invasive sales style and amazing account management team. From the outside it feels like a really flat org structure where the whole team know each other and the leadership team actively participate in client meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any to note. Would love to see an expanded offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraudsters using programmatic strategies to crack accounts are no match for the dynamic challenges Arkose throw at them. It reduces a highly skilled and scaled fraud shop to manual efforts.
Solid product built by a great team!
What do you like best about the product?
We evaluated their product for our fraud prevention needs and it reduced our signup fraud rate significantly. Also, enjoyed engaging with the team as they deeply listen to the customer needs and try their best to come up with a proposed solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints so far and I like how they don't keep pestering you:)

Ghost account creation during signup flow.

What do you like best about the product?
Arkose provides a top class product and a remarkable portfolio of services around that. I really love their customer support and their attitude to be customer oriented.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing honestly, they have a relative young product compared to the most famous ones, where there is room to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arkose is providing a very helpful and effective boost to our business in terms of protection against Account Take Over and not only.

Excellent Cross Platform Partner
What do you like best about the product?
Strong cross platform capabilities, and exceptional support. We had awesome results and did not see any negative impact after extensive AB testing. The reporting they provide is very helpful, and always expanding. The product is solid with no delays (even with millions of users a day), no bugs or issues that we have ever experienced, making my life a lot easier. The on boarding was seamless, and they were there for us through all the testing and any technical questions we had. My engineering lead can get responses in minutes if any questions come up on their slack. Overall probably my favorite partner simply because the product performs exactly as expected with no issues or down time. Its also nice that they are always working on expanding their capabilities so i know they are on top of new trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far every thing has been awesome so no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing bots and reg. farms from registering on our platforms. We have definitely seen a decrease in farms, and bot reg. are gone. If we see any new issues come up we are able to customize our response to the problem quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your looking for a headache free solution and partner I would highly recommend them. Technically always on top of their game , and deliver on their promises.
These guys are great to work with, and they have seen it all.

Honestly, I've had a great working relationship with them. There isn't anything I dislike.

Great team, great product
What do you like best about the product?
Arkose team has been extremely prompt and engaged right from the start. They are very receptive to feedback, addressing issues, and correcting false positives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any. Their product didn't work in China and it took them some time to get their infrastructure in place to get that working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Arkose Labs as a challenge mechanism to identify human vs bot. Their challenges are extremely easy for humans to solve which has allowed us to improve recall on our bot detection models.

Conceptually simple, yet it solves complex issues for us.

Their dashboard could use some love, which I hear is coming.
