Love the ease
What do you like best about the product?
Totally digging how Beefree makes email designs a breeze. It’s like, you jump in, drag-and-drop your way to an awesome email without wanting to pull your hair out. It's a lifesaver when you’re on a tight deadline but still wanna look pro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope Beefree can speed up on rolling out new templates. It's great having a bunch to choose from, but keeping them fresh and in sync with the latest marketing trends would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beefree solves the big pain of making pro emails easy and fast without needing to be a design guru.

What do you like best about the product?
This has been one of the best tools for our company that has given us the power to go ahead and create great content that looks perfectly everywhere. We use this everyday for all our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sadly the one feature we really need is the custom domain and is only avaiable for enterprise plans with a min purchase of 10 accounts. This has forced us to create another solution for hosting files as we have a propritary system and don't use other companies services. They do have issues with their preview links as they can get flagged by Microsoft, Google, AWS for malicious due to their other users abusing the links. This causes issues getting the content to our clients for approval during holiday season (Winter).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring our content that is sent out is viewed perfectly on each plateform. From Andriod, Google, Aol, Yahoo, Iphone, ect....It will look exactly as built.
Easy Peasy
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use drag and drop system that renders correctly. Simple to set up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could copy sections to use on another email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need to become experts at html and our current email service provider does not have a great drag and drop feature, so this works well.

What do you like best about the product?
All the features - I am using Beefree since day 1 of my business. It's been almost four years and we are using product day and night to bring our emails to life. I have seen the evolution of features whether it is making our life easy for outlook or new features around mobile responsiveness. The way product has evolved across the year its amazing. The product is easy to use and customer support is fast. They are always there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will not say dislike but I will say if beefree launch AMP based functionality also. It will be great.

It helps us cretae HTML emails super fast.
Easy platform to publish daily newsletters
What do you like best about the product?
Makes daily newsletters look very professional. Easy to import jpgs. Links to URLs is important.
What do you dislike about the product?
The many times that I've entered a sentence or two, and the platform encounters an error (Houston, we have a problem). Necessitates a re-do and is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes easy integration into our sending system with an email full of information and graphics. Makes us look good!!!!

Limited design options- sometimes we feel like things are super limited, or difficult to find.

Building beautiful HTML emails that can be used in other platforms.
A great tool not only for Internal Comms
What do you like best about the product?
I can export my emails in HTML and then create automations for almost anything using Google Script or other tools! Bee Free is so easy to use that I have been able to onboard colleagues in my team in just one day. I also love how easy it is to save our desiggns and just create copies of our company templates whenever I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more users included in the basic plan. So far only 2 persons in my team use it because if not the price increases to much. I would also love to be able to send emails directly from Befree.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal Communications at the fintech company that I work for in Mexico and LATAM. Creating good quality and good looking emails for the ́+1000 employees that we have.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, theres nothing I can think about that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With programs like Mailchimp etc, the user interface is quite clunky and doesnt allow for certain fields to be edited as well as Befree.
Love this software and couldn't do emails without it!

I wish that the templates went into HubSpot better and that you could drag and drop once they are in

I no longer have to bug my web developer to code pretty emails - I can build beautiful templates on my own!
