What do you like best about the product?

I love the pre-built email templates and ease of integrating over to my ESP.

What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike the image limits. I often get an additional bill for exceeding the image limits but I don't fully understand how those are billed or calculated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Limited -design background make it complicated to built new designs and RGE makes it easy to do and find other templates that I can customize to fit my needs.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the advanced features available to me in RGE Studio that I don’t have in my ESP WYSIWYG tool. There was a slight learning curve at first, but once I got comfortable with it, I found the tool very easy to use. It has helped us add a fresh look to emails without overhauling the whole template.

What do you dislike about the product?

I work in higher education and notice a lack of higher ed emails.

It is helping us design more pleasing to the eye emails while still checking accessibility boxes.

A lot of customizable features for Email Design you cannot find in other Email Marketing platforms.

Sometimes there are issues that it does not auto-save your work.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that RGE Studio's Outlook connector makes it easy to create beautiful emails, eliminating the cumbersome and problematic experience with Microsoft tools. I can't live without the syncing rows feature, which makes it easy to update the full library of emails with minor changes, like a footer update. This feature also ensures a consistent look and brand throughout our emails, allowing us to template all or parts of our regular communications. The initial setup was easy and very intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?

The one pain point I have is the Constant Contact connector, but I understand the limitations of Constant Contact's API.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

RGE Studio's Outlook connector simplifies designing beautiful emails, solving cumbersome issues with Microsoft tools. The syncing rows feature ensures consistency in our branding and updates. We transitioned from coding HTML emails, making the process more efficient and intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s easy to design and format for HTML, and to make quick, accessible edits to my designs. I also love how smoothly it integrates with mail-sending platforms, so what I create stays true to the design when it’s sent.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish there was more video embedding functions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me move quickly when I have a lot of emails to create, review, and send out. The preview link also makes it really easy to share designs and get feedback.

What do you like best about the product?

The flexibility and ease of use are wonderful and being able to send it directly from my GMail account has been a key factor in the success of our projects! We have had no compatibility issues with users engaging with the content so the performance has been wonderful compared to other platforms. We are a Not For Profit so the option to get a discount on cost has been a great help in getting started with the platform and demonstrating its ease of use and integration with our existing resources. Onboarding as a NFP was easy and seamless and the AI assistant has made some useful suggestions along the way.

We have not really run into anything that has been an issue or trouble spot.

The most significant way we have benefited is the increase in internal communications engagement due to the ability to send from our internal emails natively and create more engaging organizational messaging.

I like how easy it is to design in a way that looks custom with RGE Studio. There are a lot of options, and it's easy to navigate and learn. It's nice that you can design for both desktop and mobile. Plus, it's convenient to do both landing pages and emails all in one piece of software. The software is pretty user-friendly, and I really like features like being able to scan the QR code to view the mobile version on your phone as you make edits. The ease of use and having everything organized in one place are big positives for me.

RGE Studio makes it easy to do everything in one place, organizing email templates and landing pages within a project without using separate software for a client.

As a longtime user of email marketing tools like Mailchimp, I honestly didn't expect to fall in love with BEE Free — but here we are.

When our organization moved to Salesforce, I needed a design companion that could help us create beautiful emails inside that ecosystem. If you've spent any time in Salesforce, you know navigating it can feel like being blindfolded and pushed into a Costco and asked to find the nutmeg.

We're now producing some of the most beautiful, responsive emails we've ever sent — and pushing them into Salesforce. It's one of those tools that just works, and that's rarer than it should be.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly? It’s hard to find something to dislike. The tool is intuitive, the output is beautiful, and it just works.

If I’m reaching for a gripe, it’s this: I’d love to see RGE Studios bring the same design magic they’ve applied to email into a forms creation tool. They’ve clearly cracked the code on making complex things feel simple — I’d hand them my form-building headaches in a heartbeat.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

RGE Studios solves a very real problem for Salesforce users who need to send beautiful marketing and client emails without losing their minds in the process.

The drag-and-drop design experience is genuinely excellent — responsive emails that look polished and professional, pushed cleanly into Salesforce. But what sets it apart for me is the ability to get under the hood when you need to. I know just enough HTML to be dangerous, and even at that level, being able to tweak the code slightly is huge. For someone with stronger dev chops, I imagine this tool is an absolute playground.

Compared to something like Mailchimp — which I’ve used and genuinely like — BEE Free gives you a level of control and Salesforce integration that just isn’t there otherwise. Both are solid tools. But for where we are now, I’m really glad I found this one.

I like the interface and how easy it is to navigate, so I can quickly find what I need to get things done.

Sometimes there are announcement pop-ups that take over the screen when I am just trying to get to a project
