Blink Automations and Self-Service portal has been a life saver.
What do you like best about the product?
Blink's ease-of-use console is perfect for scripting complex problems in the simplest ways. I am not very good at coding or writing scripts, but Blink's console is straightforward and easy to maintain. Their self-service portal also makes it a great tool for users who just need to run scripts but not create them. We have also linked their automations into other tools, completing much-needed gaps. Their customer service is very responsive and will gladly work to solve your issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor bugs along the way, an would love to see a desktop app in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blink has been able to automate system responses into a quick response time. We are also using Blink for automation workflows saving team members hours each month on trying to run multiple reports on systems and gathering the data together.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked Blink's out of the box automations.
As a small team with a lot of different responsabilites and goals I don't always get to everything.
I just loaded the critical cloud cost optimization, security posture and compliance automations, which enabled me to focus on more interesting tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their no code canvas still requires improvments, but the team is very responsive and helped me figure things out relatively quickly. I would of also loved to see visualizations on top of their existing tables which they don't currently have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's taking care of a lot of automations around cost and security I would otherwise have to take care of my self. Like pasuing our dev environments over night and blocking publicly exposed resources.

What do you like best about the product?
BlinkOps platform helped me automate my daily tasks like cloud cleanups, performing hotfixes, and handling various custeng requests. now I can fulfill requests on my phone using their slack integration!
What do you dislike about the product?
Love the platform, There is nothing that I dislike about it, however sometimes the portal will be down maybe because of their updates. other than that it is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handles various requests from customer engineering team (API automation), Cloud cleanups are easy, other tool integrations are also available that are used every day.

Blink gives you an easy way to create automation. We succeed in transferring all our hand zone to automatic.

There are some issues with UI, needed more integrations with new security systems

Blink’s automation tooling is incredibly but it’s true superpower is the team behind it
What do you like best about the product?
Most things I need exist, off the shelf. The few things not already available magically appear after a short chat with the Blink team. The documentation for setting up integrations is seriously world class, I've never had a smoother integration process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't honestly think of something I dislike about it. If I had to nitpick, some of the built in automations could use a bit more polish. That said, the team is so responsive this isn't really an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're deploying Blink to enable our team to spend less time doing mindless repetitive or gating tasks, and more time being the knowledge workers they were hired to be. We're gaining efficiency and developer satisfaction at the same time.

- There are a lot of integrations with all common cloud providers, infrastructure providers, CI/CD tools, etc.
- There are a lot of out-of-the-box actions which will allow you to create automations without writing a single line of code
- There is a huge automations library which contains automations built by Blink team and you may search your use-case there

What do you dislike about the product?
- The platform can sometimes be a bit slow and buggy
- The self-service UI can be improved (mainly the inputs and outputs of the self-service form)
- I'd like to see the platform improve mainly in the self-service portal pages to make it more "welcoming" for customers

Blink helps us solve the complexity of building automations that interact with multiple sources (such as cloud providers and observability tools) while writing almost no code at all.
In addition, it brings as the features of a self-service portal which we can expose to our customers to consume our automations easily.

A fast and convenient way to automate all the things
What do you like best about the product?
Blink support has been and continues to be amazing. The product is a treat to use, and gets better weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been a little bit of a learning curve in going from developing locally to developing in Blink.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blink helps us automate a lot of procedural items that would otherwise require a person to do.
Great tool for creating automations
What do you like best about the product?
The way to visually represent a flow and see it working simultaneously. It has different automation types that are ready to configure and plugin easily. I loved that I could code using python as a little component and reuse it from other automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used the python component a lot, and it was slow for testing my code. For instance, libraries were downloaded every time I executed the automation. Lack of observability was a problem; I added a bunch of print statements to see what was going on, which affected the program's output.

Automating use cases to accelerate developers and perform tasks to reduce costs. We can automate tasks and facilitate manual operations more effortlessly than before.

What do you like best about the product?
The design of the tool helps to make buidling the logic of complex autoamtions, simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some features like easy ways to rerun failed automations when fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freeing up dev time which means our devs can focus on core work and our general teams can build automations without needing to know code, if code is needed then it's easy to jump in and help.
