What do you like best about the product?
We were able to simplify the compliance process with Sprinto's help. The platform is very clear and user-friendly after we understand how it works. We were impressed by the efficiency and responsiveness of Sprinto's Customer Support team. They handled our issues or queries with professionalism and speed, and always followed up to ensure our satisfaction. We appreciate their dedication and commitment to providing excellent service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation says how to fix it but would be interesting to know more background information and examples, as well as links to relevant resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprinto, we can streamline our compliance process by automatically collecting evidence for our audits. Sprinto also gives us a dashboard that displays the progress of our compliance activities, and sends email alerts to the people who need to finish them on schedule. THe predominant problem sprinto solves for us is allowing us to monitor compliance adherence without requiring lots of manual checks and processes. This makes compliance accessible for startups.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Sprinto is the Professional services and customer support they provide post the Sales. They guided us Step by step in our SOC2 compliance journey. The compliance requirements would have been difficult without their constant guidance.
I could set up all my integrations with my infra provider, change management systems, project management systems and all the other tools with great ease.
The platform was also quite self explanatory and easy to navigate once you get a basic idea of things.

What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of features seemed broken. For example even if I set up my Integrations with AWS, the information from AWS to Sprinto did not go through and we had to manually make changes in the Sprinto dashboard.
I found the documentation lacking at a couple of places, although I can understand it is due to the ever changing landscape and the exhaustive number of tools for which they have to write the documentations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not as such dislike, but i wish if it could save our system from online threats as everyone visits to a lots of sites on the internet and must be warned of malicious websites, threats and viruses.

I don't have to worrry about my colleagues running malicious softwares on their sytstem. They are periodically running scans and the information is available at run time for me.
