What I love most about Sprinto is its user-friendly setup, making it a breeze to get started. The tool impressively stands out with its bug-free performance, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Its continuous system security checks and real-time reporting feature provide a sense of constant reassurance, keeping me informed and confident in my system's safety. Sprinto truly excels in simplicity, reliability, and proactive security monitoring.

Sprinto effectively solves security vulnerabilities by providing continuous checks, ensuring my system's safety. Its proactive approach benefits me by preventing potential threats and maintaining a secure digital environment, instilling confidence in the integrity of my data and operations.
A fast path for your certifications
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto platform was really helpful to guide us in the ISO27001 certification. From something really abstract to us, we could quicly get started and make progress in our compliance efforts.
Nandhini Ilangovan provided an excellent support during the process, making herself available when needed, giving experienced advice.
There were some occasional glitches in the Sprinto interface, but the tech support was really responsive and provided fixes in a matter of hours or days.

What do you dislike about the product?
I receive daily email notifications to fix some remaining issues, most of which are known ones and not top priority. I find those notifications a bit too repetitive.
The communication with the auditing company, suggested by and in coordination with Sprinto, was not as perfect as with Nandhini and team. Also payment options were not very practical for a French company.

We see certifications as a way to increase our sales, by being compliant. Sprinto helps in that process.

It is easy to use and the security plus authentication happens seamlessly with a few clicks

The design of your app could be better visually

Not Dislike but feedback:
1. The templates should not be restricted to India. It should be as per the Entity registerd location.
2. In Admin Login the Audit View should have direct link to alter any document so that it is easy to locate and save time.
3. The framework should have clear categorization of what is mandatory requirement for the compliance and what is optional / good to have.

It is bringing all compliance parameters into compsite framework.

Very supportive team. Makes a labourious process very simple and and very easy to use the platform.

Sprinto has been good. I would recommend that they should keep their pricing low, so many would be attracted to their platform.

It helps you to get compliant easily. It is good for internal organization security. We got onboarded quite quickly.

Sometimes Sprinto can take time to launch.

A great SOC II Compliance tool in market
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sprinto for automating our compliance requirements for getting SOC II certification, a must for our industry and this is our third year with Sprinto. Sprinto helps us to automate this process significantly by providing tools (Dr Sprinto) that provide real time monitory of information security, training modules for employees, integration with Google Workspace, AWS and background verification partner etc. With changing technology, we face some hiccups in compliance. However monthly syncup with the customer success manager and email supports are helpful to keep the compliance up to date. Audit Report was issued on time and we were provided link to trust centre which gives our customers to vouch for the veracity of the audit report by themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding the reports generated from Sprinto, though manual pending tasks and critical tasks can be seen in the dashboard, it would have great if we get a person wise summary of all pending items. Presently we need to go issue by issue. However once the tasks are made up-to-date this is not a great cause of concern.

SOC II Compliance: Critical for our business and Sprinto helps us to manage the compliance with ease.
