Sprinto removes the friction and complexity while going through a daunting audit and certification process. It makes it easy to see exactly what is still pending not just for the audit, but over time, and consolidates all documentation, policies, and checks within one place. Functionality works flawlessly, and our technical account manager, Joe Aksharan, never hesitated to help whenever we had questions with quick responses.

I didn't encounter anything I didn't like about Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small company, the SOC2 process felt overwhelming. But with Sprinto, everything was mapped out and their features were all easy to use. Their team is top-notch and extremely knowledgeable. Our technical account manager Joe Aksharan, took the time to walk through everything with me, step-by-step, at any time of the day, and intervened to help with our auditors when they had questions.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a small company with relatively little exposure to SOC 2 and compliance topics before the onboarding with Sprinto. The platform simplified keeping track of issues to resolve and to monitor overall progress. It is also invaluable for maintaining compliance once everything is up and running. The team at Sprinto are always responsive and helpful.
While resolving the initial flagged issues took considerable time, due to our own internal pace, once we were ready for audit, this proceeded with minimal friction and was completed in the span of a little over a month. The thanks for that goes to Ritik from Sprinto and our auditor, Sensiba.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few minor issues on the portal such as status updates taking longer than expected and some false positives/negatives in issue reporting. These are infrequent and usually resolved quickly.

A single platform to automate security & compliance processes and the ability to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup required some learning, and a few integrations could be more flexible, but overall the experience has been positive.

What I like best about Sprinto is how it clears my plate. I don't have to spend my weekends chasing people for screenshots or manually checking security boxes. I just connect my tools, and it gathers all the proof I need in the background. It basically acts like my compliance autopilot, so I can stop worrying about audits and get back to my actual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not a huge fan of having to install their local agent (Dr. Sprinto) on everyone's laptops. It can occasionally be a headache to troubleshoot if a team member's computer doesn't sync right, and some people naturally get a bit protective about having compliance software running directly on their machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of manual evidence collection. I no longer have to spend hours taking screenshots of cloud settings or chasing developers for logs. It eliminates the last-minute "scramble" before an auditor arrives. Since it monitors everything 24/7, I don't have to wonder if a control failed three months ago without me noticing. I treat it as an "automated assistant" that handles the boring, repetitive parts of security so I can spend my brainpower on my product. Knowing that the platform will alert me the second a security setting drifts out of compliance gives me a peace of mind that a spreadsheet never could.

One area where Sprinto could improve is flexibility and customization. Some workflows feel opinionated and rigid, especially for companies with non-standard setups or evolving internal processes. At times, the amount of information and tasks can also feel overwhelming for first-time users, and better progressive onboarding or contextual guidance could help reduce that initial learning curve.

The best thing about sprinto is the one-stop solution they have created for the end-to-end experience. Getting compliant is so much easier and stream lined now.

Some workflows can feel slightly rigid, and there’s a learning curve for new users initially. More customization in reminders and notifications would be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clear workflows in Sprinto because they tell us exactly what needs to be done and by whom, which avoids confusion and unnecessary follow-ups. The automated evidence collection is great, as it reduces manual work and errors. I also appreciate that all pending compliance items show up as tasks, keeping everyone accountable. We even get automated email reminders for pending items to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. The support team is very responsive, and a special shoutout to Shivang for helping us out. The initial setup process was very easy too.

What is our primary use case?
Sprinto is mainly used in our company to manage security compliance and audit readiness, automating policy tracking so it was installed on everyone's laptop to ensure we follow policy and automate that process.
For a quick specific example of how Sprinto is used in my daily work, it basically stays in the background and automatically checks our laptop devices to ensure we are following the security policies.
When we install Sprinto, we have to acknowledge some policy, and that is what the main use is for Sprinto.
What is most valuable?
The best features Sprinto offers are that it saves time and manual effort, reduces audit preparation stress, and a lot of manual work during audits, which improves our visibility and compliance status and enhances our security.
Sprinto helps maintain security by running in the background, checking the status of our devices, and if there's anything suspicious on our laptop, it automatically informs us to take action.
One more thing to mention about Sprinto's features is that it runs in the background and doesn't use much of our laptop resources, which is a good point.
What needs improvement?
Sprinto is primarily for auditing, security, and compliance, so I don't have much to add on how it can be improved.
It could be more user-friendly. It is user-friendly, but not that much. For a non-user that does not use tools that much, it can be made better.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Sprinto for six to eight months, which is less than the amount of time I have been at my current role, but it was installed after I was already working there. Around six months we have been using it.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Sprinto is very stable because it has been on my laptop for a long time and it basically starts at the startup of the laptop, running checks in the background while you can manually report any issues. I didn't face any issues in this amount of time, so I think it is pretty stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Sprinto is scalable. Right now, we have a very small team, but it can handle a large number of users also.
How are customer service and support?
We have not interacted with customer support for Sprinto.
Customer support is helpful and responsive.
If I had to rate the customer support for Sprinto on a scale of one to ten, I would give it a nine.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We didn't use any other solution before Sprinto. This was the first tool for that.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I'm not aware if we evaluated other options before choosing Sprinto.
What other advice do I have?
For noticeable improvements with Sprinto, I don't have much to add because it is for security policies specifically.
Sprinto deserves a rating of seven out of ten because what it does is very good and it is quite useful. It is very fast and reduces the time. I'm not aware of the pricing, setup cost, and licensing because that is handled by the manager.
