Many organizations still rely on manual processes and paper-based documentation to manage compliance. Sprinto automates these processes, reducing the likelihood of errors and streamlining the creation, storage, and retrieval of compliance-related documents.

Software: ease of use, intutive workflow/navigation, ease of integration with our existing tools
Onboarding/implementation: the customer support is top notch. Varun helped us the entire way from initial onboarding to passing stage II audit. Service is impeccable.

What do you dislike about the product?
Minor technical hiccups in the beginning stage of onboarding. But the team quickly addressed and has been a smooth ride since.

What do you like best about the product?
We required a very high number of integrations with products that we use for our service, and Sprinto had excellent integration options with each one. The support we received from Sprinto team was oustanding, namely from

Nothing so far, though we only had one audit/certification.

Compliance automation is very helpful and saves us time and money.
An easy way to keep data security under control
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is the core of all the work: you can quickly check what you need to review, update, etc.
Separating the app by sections is also helpful, making the use of it relatively easy.
Customer support is excellent in providing you with prompt solutions and collecting your ideas in a very constructive way.
We've been using Sprinto for over a year and were surprised at how quickly it was to implement the solution.

So far, so good. A few features might be handy shortly, and we expect to see them reflected in Sprinto's roadmap.

What do you like best about the product?
- Was a very quick process to achieve Soc2.
- Integrations were very helpful.
- Were useful with delaing with the auditors.

- App can be bit overwhelming at times due to number of things to do.

Helped us achieve SOC2 which was a barrier to working with some clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, simple and good support. Excellent integrations.

A few little bugs in the system but nothing that cant easily be overcome with support team.

We were able to achive ISO 27001:2022 compliance which has given us a better security posture and we are able to demonstrate our committment to security.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto presented a seamless integration into our OS and ease of implementation. The software made our compliance journey breezy, identifying key aspects to meet, live updates on modifications, and email notifications for any failure, most importantly, Varun Mehrotra made himself completely available for any clarifications or requests, supported us through the entire process, and ensured our final success in being certified.
In addition, the Sprinto platform is very user-friendly and well-organized.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have faced only 2 minor issues during the process. First was bulk updating from a dev aspect, though Varun managed to perform the task from the backend and made it easier. Second was that Dr. Sprinto MDM did not lively updating in case there was a key feature change in the employees' laptops, it was a bit of a hassle but still got the job done.

When we began our search for compliance vendors, we spoke with many companies, including some industry giants, in our quest to find the right fit. We needed to obtain our certification within a challenging timeline, all while managing bandwidth constraints during a particularly busy time of the year. From the initial discovery call, Sprinto stood out as friendly, reassuring, and competent

We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of support provided by the team -- especially Abir Dey. He was delight to work with. He was always around to answer questions, took us step by step through the process and was always on top of what needed to be done next with gentle nudging. This consistently high-quality support made the certification process fairly mundane, whereas we were expecting it to be painful and annoying.

There were some minor niggles with the app but nothing that wasn't responded to in a timely manner. More integrations would also be nice
