What do you like best about the product?
very easy to work with, a lot of support, got everything done. Akshay was great to work with.

Excellent support! Akshay was invaluable to us.

The fact that their support and staff are so responsive and helpful in order to get us moving forward in the right direction for both HIPAA and SOC2 purposes.

Nothing I would change to be honest, they were great!

ISO 27001 License Review with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
They are really informative and helpful, and that what makes us (PT Finetiks Inovasi Indonesia) can get the license within 1-1.5 months after the Kickoff. Sprinto also keeps us updated with the pending works even after the license released. The navigation bar on the left side also simple and user-friendly. I often use Sprinto to remind my colleagues to follow the Data & Security procedures applied by Finetiks. Responsive CS team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that I don't like it, but maybe this can be improvement point:

Seamless Integration: Integrating sprinto with our systems and technology was a few minutes job
Most user friendly interface: Their user interface is a no brainer. Even our non tech team members are able to use it without any guidance.
Expertise and knowledge: Though not much manual intervention required from sprinto team but whenever you need them they have prompt answers for all your queries.

Easy to use platform with clear visibility of the progress and tasks required to get the certifications required.

Nothing. I feel that the biggest value add in security compliance is getting the certifications without any hassle and that's exactly what Sprinto delivers

It helped us get SOC2 type 2 certification without any hassle or too much investment from our side.
Our experience was smooth and pleasing.
