Overall very good experience
What do you like best about the product?
Clear and comprehensive approach to onboarding and managing our ISMS in consistent and coherent manner. The tool is easy to use and contains most of the aspects required to setup and upkeep a proper process for our ISMS needs. The thing I liked the most was that even exception cases that derail from the typical way of doing things were easy to add to the system.
Furthermore the automation of checks and reviews, as well as the existing templates for manual evidence gathering are really helpful.
Customer support from dedicated Sprinto konsultants we received was excellent. The contact person was helpful, skilled and overall very pleasant to work with.

What do you dislike about the product?
A bit confusion about the licensing part was propably the only thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is helping us become ISO 27001 compliant and eventually helps us ensure our ISMS process is functioning properly. The periodic forced checks and reminders helps us keep the proper process going. Furthermore the possiblity to enforce and track employee training on certain areas is very helpful.
Sprinto made SOC2 compliance a lot easier

The detail that Sprinto goes into in regards to compliance. The customer support is excellent

nothing particular. Overall requrements for SOC2 and HIPAA compliance is onerous

SOC2 and HIPAA compliance. These are needed as we take on enterprise customers

What we like best about Sprinto is that it simplifies the compliance process, making it very understandable.
We can easily delegate tasks between team members and gives us a very structured overview of outstanding tasks

What do you like best about the product?
The tool automates nearly everything, featuring an exceptionally intuitive interface. What sets it apart from other tools is the personalized support provided by an account manager. This dedicated individual guides you through the implementation of all controls and the entire process.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything was smooth. What I'd see as an additional feature would be more automation checks and best practices suggestions regarding AWS/Azure setup.

Sprinto SOC = Simply Outstanding Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is like butter, glides with every flow. More importantly the awesome team that was super responsive and committed throughout our jouney. The experience was so good that we are planning to continue with other compliance certifications with Sprinto.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have a particular negative point since the team was fixing issues pronto. Even platform issues were tended to immediately by the coordinator. Zero negatives at the moment.

Compliance is a beast. SOC 2 is simply complex. With the templates and process automation Sprinto just made the entire process a walk in the park. We had time constraints and the team made sure they gave us the due attention for successful completion well within our deadlines!

It's common for new software tools to have a bit of a learning curve, especially when they need to be tailored to specific company requirements. Despite the initial difficulties, Sprinto's team was able to provide the necessary support to help us navigate through the challenges and adjust the functions according to our company's needs. Although it's understandable that occasional delays can happen.

Excellent service and responsiveness
What do you like best about the product?
The entire audit process was easily managed using the tools and the talents provided. Implementation was straightforward, integration was relatively smooth and the support i received from the team was superb.

Personal and picky, but i do not like extra software installations in order to ensure certainn standards are being met.
