The Sprinto Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's been great working with Akshay Bhalotia to get ourselves PIPEDA Compliant. The process has been very straightforward and I genuinely believe it is thanks to his clarity when guiding us through the whole process. Thank you Akshay!
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally haven't felt the needs nor the benefits of the customer success personel. It has made me inclined to cancel the weekly check-ins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is making it easy for us to become and retain PIPEDA Compliance. We'll surely be using them in the near future for HIPAA compliance as well!
Sprinto makes life easier for an organisation in Compliance journey
What do you like best about the product?
Defining process, policies with available templates. Nothing we need to invent, instead everything is available ready made, just with few customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see anything which is not required
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is our compliance monitory tool and helped us on implementing new controls required for data protections and ISO 27001 standards.

What do you dislike about the product?
We had an integration issue initially, but when we contacted Kishore, the technical support team resolved it quickly. Other than that, I can't think of anything we were unhappy about.

We completed our ISO 27001:2022 certification with Sprinto. Their support and platform helped us ensure that all processes were in place and that we were acting according to all standards.
Also, we needed a platform that would help us achieve our goals and the certification very quickly. Of all the other options, their timelines were the shortest, and we ended up completing this project even faster.

Easy Compliance with Sprinto's Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
We needed to get SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR compliant, and we were pretty clueless at first. Sprinto made the process easy. Their system is simple to manage, and they coordinated everything with the auditors. The pending tasks looked overwhelming, but Sprinto connected with us every day to ensure we understood everything and could fix our dashboard issues. They assigned us Simran as our Customer Success Manager, and she was amazing. She helped us get compliant quickly without much work.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, the process seemed overwhelming and we had some trouble figuring things out. But once we got in touch with Sprinto's support, they helped us sort everything out.

Sprinto solved our compliance challenges with SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR. Their easy-to-use system and coordination with auditors made the process simple.

I found Sprinto very easy to use and navigate as an employee doing the infosec compliance part. This is compared to other competitors available in the market.

I worked with Varun Mehrotra from Sprinto in getting ISO27001 certified. He was extremely helpful in guiding us through the entire process in getting certified. His assistance was invaluable with both Sprinto and with the auditor.
