There are no such downsides/dislikes of sprinto. However, sometimes there are some synchronization issues in the application.

At a personal capacity I don't see much of gap, more tool integration can be enabled.

Not more which I can think of. But automatic reminders would have been better for employees.

Sprinto gives you a overview beforehand so that you can plan the execution of exactly the pointers which need to be dealt with , for any certification. Support is also very good they come to help asap as and when required.

Dashboard is very informative. Support representatives also are very attentive and cater to your specific requirements asap
