What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto made our first ISO compliance process so easy! They broke down each step, so it was simple to follow, and helped us every step of the way. Special thanks to Arjun C., who supported us fully and made sure we understood everything clearly. Thanks to Sprinto and Arjun, we achieved ISO compliance smoothly. Highly recommend it for anyone new to compliance!

Sprinto is solving the challenge of IT security compliance and monitoring, which is critical for meeting industry standards and regulations.It made the whole process of getting our ISO certification super smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Sprinto has been a pleasure. We were able to obtain and maintain our security certifications at a reasonable cost and without disruption to our business. We are SOC2 Type 2 compliant and confident in our ongoing security efforts because of the excellent service that Sprinto provides. Other business owners have told us stories of how getting security certifications through other companies has been very time-consuming and very expensive. We are delighted to say that our experience with Sprinto has been the opposite and we will continue to rely on them for our certifications for years to come.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor inconvenience we experienced was in connection with using the online payment option, which was easily resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting certified as compliant with security standards allows us to instill additional confidence in our customers.

Ease of use and the supper at which you can become compliant with ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR. Customer service also excellent.

We did an ISO certification with tons of Excel Sheets an a consultancy organization and it was a painfull exercise. And now with Sprinto it feels like nothing.

The audit process is quite seamless with sprinto. The checks that are on the dashboard keep us updated and notify us on a regular basis

The Sprinto product and team made onboarding smooth and hassle-free. We had full support every step of the way, and anytime I had questions about policies or compliance requirements, I could easily find answers within the platform or from the Sprinto customer success team.
The platform’s reminders ensure we stay on top of due dates without the need for extra tracking. Onboarding new team members has been straightforward, helping us maintain compliance as we grow. Offboarding, while less frequently needed, is just as easy! I feel reassured knowing our team members have completed necessary policies, training, and have secure devices. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We knew we needed to strengthen our SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and had already implemented processes to meet many of the standards. However, achieving full certification was still a complex task. Sprinto streamlined the process, simplifying compliance for our team and making things easier for our auditors as well. Thanks to their support, we passed with “no noted exceptions” and received a clean audit opinion from SSF. An excellent outcome!
