Sprinto is the complete compliance tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto automatically tracks progress across multiple frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Amazon Inspector and GuardDuty have been integrated into the compliance tool as well, making the ease of implementation seamless. The UI is straightforward. Everything can be seen on the dashboard. The customer support is responsive when it comes to giving feedback towards the dev team.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue with Sprinto, though not a first-hand experience, but it still affected my work as an information security analyst, was the slow syncing process. The sync button to update the status of certain vulnerabilities was not in real-time, though this feedback has already been given to the dev team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on tedious security issues and compliance documents through the cloud has never been seamless. I would like to give a huge shoutout to our Customer Success Manager, Shivam Sharma, for assisting us in all our meetings regarding our compliance documents. He excels in his field of expertise and we greatly value his advice.
Neat app for managing your company's infrastructure and resources.
What do you like best about the product?
Centralized dashboard for ease of use to monitor your infrastructure, devices, and other resources. Customer Support is top-notch. The ease of implementation and integration is one of the best features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The refresh button to get the latest update feels like it doesn't work but it takes minutes to get the latest update.

Sprinto assist us with the requirements for auditing and security compliance.
Excellent Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The application has simplified our compliance monitoring and reporting. A combination of the Sprinto Dashboard and Sprinto App allows for easy tracking of device compliance for our employees along with monitoring the compliance of our 3rd part software and tools. Most of all Shivam S, our account manager has been very supportive ensuring all our questions and queries are resolved quickly. He keeps is on top of all our audit tasks and keeps us updated to ensure successful completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I have no compliants about Sprinto. There is one bug with the Dr Sprinto app, however the support team and Shivam have been working feverishly to have it resolved.

Sprinto automates the compliance monitoring for our 3rd party software tools as well as the compliance of our company and employee devices. Sprinto also assist with preparing for comliance audits and ensuring all issues are resolved prior to each audit.

Excellent support from Sprinto in your Compliance Journey
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto Platform is extremely easy to use and takes little time to set up and integrate withour organization strucutre. Make your compliance journey faster and easier. During the compliance journey I had worked with Pavithra R. She is a knowledgeable and was able to answer all the query and also helped us with setting up the controls and provided support through the entire process. we were able to fine tune the process based on our organization structure as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, May sprinto can have some video tutorials for the performing certain actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Sprinto product helps reduce the number of staff required to perform and maintain the compliance activity.
Simple, intuitive, practical and lots of automation
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's software is simple and intuitive and it has good features, of which we probably use a good 90%. There is no feature bloat with unnecessary functions that no one uses.
Their CSMs are excellent and super helpful and their tech support is quick and always have a fix.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't had anything I dislike about Sprinto other than a lacking minor feature in their Github integration.

Sprinto automates a ton of the activities that one would otherwise have to do either manually or through disparate software.
A useful tool to keep up to date with compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The best way to keep an eye on different aspects of the compliance and cloud security on a daily basis, intergrates seemlessly in the number of the tools.

It can generate a lot of work and alerts in a short time span.

Keeping an eye on the cloud security, the compliance documentation and making sure things are being addressed.
