What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sprinto is its ability to simplify and automate the compliance processes. The platform is very user-friendly, and its interface and robust integrations make it easy to track and manage the requirements in an efficient manner. Thanks to the proactive customer support and clear guidance provided by the team. It's a game-changer for businesses aiming to streamline their security compliance efforts! A special mention to the technical account manager, Dom, from the sprinto team, who has helped us a lot in this security compliance and solved issues from time to time, along with providing feasible solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Sprinto. Minor challenges we faced were quickly resolved, thanks to Dom our TAM and the responsive support team for making a great overall experience.

Sprinto platform is very purppose built to facilitate compliance assessment and controls design, implementation, it makes it automated and efficient for our team. Integration with our systems is fantastic feature to fast track the eveidences.

As a newly started tech products company, Sprinto helped us to set up controls, procedures and people compliance checks in perfect order. The trainings, review checks and eveidences management through integration with vendor systems was benefitial to do this thouroghly.

Overall, everything has been great, but sometimes the documentation, particularly around "how to fix" certain issues, could be updated or enhanced. It would be helpful to have more detailed guides to address specific challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprinto is integrated with our Slack workspace and I get automated notifications/reminders for pending certification tasks. Also, the Sprinto app is super-intuitive and easy to use and automatically reports my device status taking away the need for manual reporting.

Nothing really. It's a great product in all ramifications.

The integrations with existing tools like AWS, Google Workspace, and Jira work seamlessly, keeping everything in sync and reducing manual work. The customer support team is also incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, helping us quickly resolve any issues. With Sprinto, achieving SOC 2 compliance felt less like a daunting task and more like a structured, manageable process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We encountered some small technical issues during setup, but the support team responded quickly to address them. Additionally, better bulk editing tools would streamline certain tasks, and the automation around questionnaires could use improvement. While there is a feature for automating responses, integrating a more advanced AI model with contextual understanding of our answers would make it even more efficient.
