Amazing product to automate your Security & Certifications journey
What do you like best about the product?
We loved the whole onboarding experience and the journey there after for our Soc2 Type2, GDPR certifications journey. Sprinto has build a great self-serve dashboard to track and manage everything easy.
They have been extending the capabilties of the product regulary in terms of additional frameworks, external tool integrations, alerts which has been super helpful in staying on top of the security tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think off. Everything has been really good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprinto we were trying get through our Soc2 journey in traditional ways (e.g excel sheet based framework list, manual collection of evidences, setting of alerts of periodic tasks etc) but it took us more than 1 year to not reach quite far. Sprinto make the whole Soc2 (and later GDPR) setup, monitoring,alerting,evidence collection and audit tracking process easy and automated through their tool. Once I have onboarded I don't have to worry about remembering when to perform a particular review, when to collect evidence etc. There dashboard and email alerts take care of this and help us stay compliant always which is a huge requirement for Soc2 Type2.

It takes 24 hours to synch

Great for dealing with compliance matters
What do you like best about the product?
UI is pretty user-friendly and visually pleasing. Love the Linux support for the Dr Sprinto app for employees to report Linux laptops. Shivang and Harish were of great help whenever we needed their assistance and were proactive in most scenarios as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dr Sprinto app has been crashing on recent versions of Ubuntu without needing some workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining and maintaining our SOC 2, ISO27001 and GDPR certifications.
Great HR onboarding and compliance tool for remote orgs
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has been a game-changer for managing HR onboarding and compliance in our fully remote organization. Shivang and Harish, our Account Managers, have great from the beginning

Sprinto's account managers Shivang and Harish were expert guides on our certification journeys. They introduced us to great partners, explained the documentation requirements and helped us set it up on Sprinto.
Integrating Sprinto with our tools was seamless, and the regular alerts and reminders are excellent to keep us in compliance.

The user interface is occasionally unclear on how to go from an alert to the place to take the appropriate remedial action.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very intuitive solution and with professional help from the friendly Sprinto staff it is just what you need to get and maintain your certifications.

Nothing in particular. It had all the features we need and worked like a dream.

Makeing sure we are compliant and can demonstrate this to our customers in a scalable way.
Automations and dasboards the best
What do you like best about the product?
Automations and dasboards are plug-n-play. They save a lot of time to develop or manually audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auditors regreats about the risk assesment. The major dislike is about the high level definitions as SWOT analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checking the compliace of the policies around the whole company. We are software developers.
Seamless SOC2 Certification
What do you like best about the product?
Platform is good with a lot of relevant integratios. However, the best thing about the company is their customer success program including the engineers who helped us with all aspects of compliance. Just for their customer success team, I will recommend Sprinto to everyone.

As GRC Practioner I would like this see Sprinto tools Risk calculation and Complinace adherence UI should more understandble.

This automation tool helps us to implement Our Security Posture and achieve complinace

What do you like best about the product?
They genuinely helped point out our security weaknesses so we could fix them. Getting ISO27001 was not just a formality, it genuinely and profoundly improved our security.
What do you dislike about the product?
No negative issues. G2 forces me to write more characters.

We needed to a) improve our security and b) get ISO27001 certified, and Sprinto with its platform and service was absolutely brilliant. No kidding.
