Sprinto makes compliance fast and straightforward, with strong automation, real-time monitoring, and smooth integrations that save serious time.

some advanced configurations can be tricky without support, and smaller teams may find the pricing steep for limited needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto solves the problem of manual, time-consuming compliance processes by automating evidence collection, control monitoring, and audit preparation for standards like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. This has benefited us by drastically reducing the time and effort needed to stay audit-ready, improving visibility into our security posture, and letting our team focus more on core business rather than compliance paperwork.
A smooth process with a competent and professional team
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto platform made it easy to understand what information was required to complete our audit preparation. Their internal documentation was comprehensive and their team was quite responsive to any problems which popped up along the way. Special shout-out to Akshay B for being a fantastic partner and for taking care of us as we worked through the process. Akshay was always able to give me clear and insightful answers to my questions and to expedite fixes on the backend when applicable. We didn't have any trouble with the integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been helpful to have a visualization of the overall timeline beyond the percentage completion and task list. Just showing the major milestones and how far we'd advanced along that path. That said, I was able to keep track of this through the Sprinto dashboard info and through asking questions of the Sprinto team, and Googling. So it wasn't really a prohibitive thing in any way.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto was the chosen partner for the review and implementation of security measures with the aim of obtaining SOC2 Certification.
I had the opportunity to use the SPRINTO platform, both from a user perspective and also as an administrator, and the experience has been quite positive.
As an administrator, I highlight the ease of implementation and the control and usability that the platform offers, allowing easy management of users, permissions, and the entire process itself.
As a user, I highlight the intuitiveness and smooth performance — everything is designed to simplify and assist us in the daily management and implementation of security policies.
The SPRINTO team demonstrates a genuine commitment and was an essential pillar in our Certification process.

Although my experience with SPRINTO has been generally quite positive and the support is usually effective and available, there were some specific situations where the response time was longer than expected, especially.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is a solid tool for streamlining the compliance workflow and making audit management a lot more efficient . It reduces manual efforts , it also pulls data from existing tools and store it to one central place.
What do you dislike about the product?
its good tool just they need to update their customer support as response time is bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously it was very difficult to in compliance process , gathering evidence , document as all it requires manual effort for audit but now with the help of Sprinto it saves lots of manual effort as it collect evidence in real - time also now we do not spend hours to chase team member for documentation manually.
My Laptop Security
What do you like best about the product?
I am using this application from my day 1 in my company. It scans my laptop periodically and checks if there is any security threat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes this application will auto-close, and will not detect the lock screen setting. Apart from this, I liked everything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using this application from my day 1 in my company. It scans my laptop periodically and checks if there is any security threat. And it checks the Screen locks, prevent unauthorized third-parties from accessing your laptop when unattended by requiring a password to dismiss the screen saver or wake from "sleep" mode.

What do you like best about the product?
It supports all major frameworks, like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR, allowing us to manage multiple compliance standards within a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our team members have reported screen resolution issues when using Sprinto on their Linux machines.

Valuable product to keep your utilities safe
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps your utilies safe and up-to-date. Customer support was good compared to other competitors. Features are great and the installation and integration was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the blue screen attack happened, it was irritative to install and configure again Sprinto. Which was quite diappointed. I was not frequent user (No Frequency of Use). May be that's the reason I guess.
