Intuitive and easy to use but some more features would be good
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprinto on a daily basis for the vendor management function and is intuitive and easy to use. It has some very useful features in the vendor management function such as being able to drop files into the upload function and the reminders of when the next DD review will be due is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more flexibility in the system would be useful such as the ability to modify the questions for the risk assessment/add new questions. There is also no output function which would have been useful. The data was provided by the customer support team and Shivang our account manager but the format was not ideal and I would consider the output of data into a CSV as an essential feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of our vendors, risk assessment and due diligence.

What do you dislike about the product?
No issue. Would recommend advising customers to start audits earlier. I at least but I am new to this, was expecting it to take less time. It was not Sprinto's fault at all. We should have just started the process earlier.

New engagment for SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
We have a new engagement with Sprinto so I have limited experience however the ease of starting our engagement, pricing, and on-boarding process has been a really great experience so far. Our advisor Rahul has been friendly, has great knowledge and experience and we feel confident our project will get completed in a timely matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the team is great and the platform is straight forward and easy to use and understand.

Sprinto is helping us acheive and maintain compliance for our company and they are delivery this in a streamlined quick process compared to their competition.

The customer on boarding experience, and the speed of the implementation. The trust center is very powerful, and great service from Rahul Kolli and Pushkar Ranjan

Just the fact that it can manage multiple frameworks at once, and you get a full overview of what needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of UI changes, sometimes that checks dont complete automatically, and some integrations or exports which are not supported.

This saves us significant time, reduces audit stress, and gives us real-time confidence in our compliance status. As a result, we’re always audit-ready and able to focus more on security improvements and business growth.
Using Sprinto to assist with ISO/SOC-II certifications
What do you like best about the product?
I like the support Sprinto offers with the policies, and keeping them updated. Its just a very user friendly application.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs some figuring out initially, what is automated and what needs my actual action. But once this is clear, all is good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still a new user, but instead of dreading the upcoming audit, I am actually looking forward to it. Sprinto offers a lot of support for this process.

The guidance in telling you what is left to complete, it helps meet all the demands of ISO using a small team to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
More i information buttons on column headers and throughout the GUI would be useful so users don't have to navigate away from a page to understand what they are being asked for.

Sprinto helps us navigate the ISO 27001 and SOC 2 requirements very well.
