Delayed Reporting for SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprinto fairly easy to use. I like that you can kind of set and forget it when it comes to the setup. The SOC two certification aspect helps us maintain compliance. It's nice that they have templates you can start from for all of your policies and procedures documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have still not received our SOC2 report. That audit process appears to be very slow. This is blocking us with our customers because they are asking for our SOC2 reports, and we don't have them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto streamlines maintaining documents and controls for SOC2 compliance, integrates with cloud services to monitor compliance, and helps resolve issues proactively.

Sometimes it was confusing to follow some documentation to resolve tasks, but our account manager Manya was able to help us through the difficult tasks

I love that Sprinto thought of every detail so that I wouldn't miss anything essential. The support was exceptional. The pricing fit my budget. Integrations were very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick one thing I didn't like, it's that some steps still use templates. I'd much prefer a simple form where I can just fill in the details and hit submit. It feels a bit faster than dealing with templates. Even with that, it was still a 5-star experience.

The “Compliance Mountain”: For a small team, trying to understand the requirements for ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR all at once can feel overwhelming. Sprinto helps by breaking everything down into a clear, manageable checklist.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how much Sprinto helped simplify what could have been a very overwhelming process. The platform gave us structure, visibility, and a clear path forward, but what stood out most was the support behind it. Our experience felt very hands-on, and having a responsive team to help us work through requirements, evidence, and audit preparation made a huge difference. Sprinto helped us move faster, stay organised, and feel much more confident throughout the certification process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t really have any major dislikes. I found Sprinto to be very intuitive and easy to work through, especially given how complex the compliance and certification process can be. It helped make things feel clear, manageable, and far less overwhelming than I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto solved the problem of trying to manage compliance and certification manually, which would have been far more time-consuming, fragmented, and difficult to keep on top of. It gave us a structured way to manage requirements, evidence, and audit readiness in one place, while also providing visibility into what still needed to be done. The benefit for us was that it reduced complexity, saved a significant amount of time, and helped us move through the certification process with much more confidence and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto offers strong automation capabilities through processes such as policy mapping and evidence collection processes. Being a compliance officer for more than 12 months now using Sprinto, its user-friendly design and customer support services have saved half of my audit preparation time from 40 to 20 hours per quarter, giving me more time for risk analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial customization of controls may be daunting for some users as it takes up to 1-2 days to configure it correctly. Sometimes reporting for advanced data takes longer (data more than 1,000 evidences), although recent updates have made improvements in that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Sprinto solves is bringing all compliance activities (SOC 2 mapping, vendor assessments, and continuous monitoring) to one place without the need for spreadsheets. As a compliance officer in charge of more than 50 controls, Sprinto helps to automate the evidence collecting process and saves 70% of my time while preparing for audits 24/7.

Got Compliant Fast—Smooth, Speedy Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which we were able to get compliant. Kudos to Afroz for the smooth onboarding and helping us do it this fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything was smooth. There are some 1-2 integration bugs which were anyways not relevant.

They got us HIPAA compliant which makes us more credible.
