Great Compliance Software
What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use and their customer success managers are helpful. Once we figured out what was required, completing all the necessary tasks and achieving compliance was fairly straightforward . The implementation process was clear and the software guided us through each step. Whenever we had questions, we could easily reach their support team. Our Customer Success Manager (Shruti Saraswat) was especially helpful throughout the process and continues to provide valuable assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a better initial explanation of everything that needs to be done in order to reach compliance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Sprinto to achieve and track our SOC 2 - Type 2 and HIPAA compliance

What I appreciate most about Sprinto is the way it streamlines complicated compliance procedures. Its automation features, straightforward workflows, and real-time visibility help me remain audit-ready with minimal manual work.

So far, I haven’t found anything to dislike about Sprinto.

Sprinto has been instrumental in streamlining and automating our entire compliance process. By eliminating the manual work involved in tracking controls, gathering evidence, and remaining audit-ready, it saves us significant time. This allows us to maintain continuous compliance without the burden of additional operational overhead.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and streamlined platform. Easy to implement, feature rich with a huge number of out of the box integrations and excellent support. I had the pleasure of working with the implementation specialist, Manya Sharma who was timely, highly knowledgable, very supportive and always ready to help. She made the whole process a breeze, thank you Manya! Deeply grateful for your help and guidance

Nothing really. I never thought getting compliant would be such a pleasant experience :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We required compliance with SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, and GDPR, but had very limited internal expertise. Manya Sharma from Sprinto supported us every step of the way, guiding us through the process using the Sprinto platform. Thanks to the platform and Manya's assistance, everything I needed to accomplish was straightforward and easy to manage.
Outstanding Experience with Exceptional Features
What do you like best about the product?
For three years, we were managing everything manually, so discovering this platform was truly mind-blowing. We adopted it with some initial hesitation, but the past year has been an outstanding experience. A special mention to our implementation manager, Dominic Savio, who consistently pushed us to fully leverage the platform and took exceptional ownership—going above and beyond to help us achieve our SOC 2 Type II and ISO compliance smoothly and without stress. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost NILL, price is slightly higher to add other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving everyday compliance problem in task based manner and we are able to have everything in track!

Simplifying Compliance at Scale
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has been a game-changer for our compliance efforts. The readiness platform automates so many checks and integrations, while simplifying the distribution of tasks. We were able to connect anything very easily and get up and running extremely quickly. The provided templates for policy and different internal assessments help the user save tons of time on their compliance journey. We ambitiously started 5 or 6 audits around the same time for different products. We are using Sprinto heavily on a daily basis, and Manya Sharma has been instrumental in guiding us on our journey across all those projects. She was able to get me comfortable with the platform very quickly and has been very quick to answer the slew of questions that have come up across our different products.

My experience has been positive so far compared to other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team oversees a large portfolio of products, and Sprinto has simplified our efforts to achieve SOC2 readiness, greatly aiding our RFP process. Any issues we've run into along the way, Sprinto support has been there to assist us.
