It would have been better if there could be elaborated steps to mitigate the issues related to security in my device

Sprinto helps me keep my device compliant while I was working remotely away from my device administrator

What do you like best about the product?
That it helps me manage, maintain, optimize, configure, and troubleshoot the system, periodically. We mostly use it as compliance in our work environment, but I personally use it to keep my PC in good condition.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't t give too many security or PC care hints, like other apps, but I think is the most trustworthy in the market, in terms of personal information data protection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time and manual check-ups I would normally do through the OS native apps. A huge bonus is that it keeps me on alert for any hardware-security potential breaches.

As I'm using a computer from the company, it's great to have Dr.Sprinto monitoring the internet security when surfing the internet and downloading something online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not at all. Just follow the requirement, and I will get good protection.

Nothing much
After installing it for about three months, the app stopped working, and I had to re-install it again

Re-occurence of the same issues in the dashboard, even if we finish the pending tasks.

There is exceptional, from sales to implementation, audit and support. The whole process is very well defined. Everyone who I have worked with has accurate knowledge of the process. Varun and Gautam are probably the guys you want to work with.
