Excellent choice to keep my workstation compliant to company policies!

Minimum fuss to keep workstation compliant to company policies

Helps me keep my workstation secure by complying to company policies.
It was seamless and clear in direction for the modules to be completed

Could have been faster in the Ui front. The time to load was very high in high speed internet conditions. Confirmation of completion was not great and intuitive. This can be improved to be more deterministic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The modules and flow of the course are well structured and intuitive enough. Overall experience through the course is seamless. The remainders of the pending courses are also on point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure all the security and compliance policies are known and understood by the users + actively tracking teh progress and completion of the courses by the users

What do you like best about the product?
SOC2 compliance is difficult and as our org was growing, it just became difficult to manage the entire process end to end. If we miss a step or fail to report compliance then our certification would get hampered.

What do you dislike about the product?
I use Sprinto on Brave browser, but the app is still not compatible with the same - so I need to manually upload proofs on their app. Takes a lot of time and is not ideal.

the readiness the product has while gets launched post system start is amazing, it is useful to keep system clean and protected

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to understand UI. Provides elaborate details about the security and safety of digital content and how to safegaurd ourselves from digital threats.

Sometimes simple can be oversimplified. can implement much more safety features and awarness. daily updates of recent threats coming to light and how to safegaurd from them.

Solves security issues and brings awareness to the employees of an organization. Makes them aware and reliable on the digital data safety enables them to secure data.
Easy to do reporting, well organized platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to navigate the website, and see the checklist of things that needs to be completed. We're using Sprinto for us to gain certification for compliance, and there's regular checks between us and Sprinto to ensure that we're aware on how to go about getting the certification, and make it easier for every employee to be onboarded on basic security practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike keeping applications that are not being used on my personal laptop that is being used to work, so if there was a way to auto-uninstall Sprinto after they are done with whatever they needed to do to report my device, that would be great. I don't mind re-installing the application everytime I need to report my device. Also it would be good to have a video guide on the Dr Sprinto installing process, and what is checked/what is not being tracked or collected.

They are helping us with gaining our SOC II compliance certification.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto streamlined the entire compliance process, offering a comprehensive set of features that simplified tracking, monitoring, and reporting. As a user, the employee dashboard is intuitive and makes it effortless to navigate it. As an admin, it serves as an all-around for managing all complex compliance tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
As they're constantly building to improve, the dashboard undergoes changes frequently so sometimes that takes a second to get used to. However, their Customer Success team always steps up for whatever questions, issues, etc you might have. So while there is a little friction, the CS team smoothens the process quite a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently track and manage SOC2, GDPR, and HIPAA. It gives a comprehensive and centralised view of any and all requirements. This makes it extremely easy to use, manage and track.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel confident in Sprinto's security features. I can run security checks with a single click, and they run in the background while I continue working.
Mostly importantly, the easy setup and customer facing UI is amazing with all possible case notifications handled well with easy to understand language.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to dislike about but here is a suggestion. If you can bring some exciting emoji or gamification factor as the security check passes one by one that will be great.

Improve compliance and get audit-ready with flexible pricing plans. Also, the easy interface is helps team to understand it better and most importantly the data security protocol is the main reason
