Sprinto makes compliance tasks very clear and easy to follow for employees. The step-by-step guidance, clear status tracking, and simple UI help me complete required actions quickly without confusion.

Simplifying Continuous Compliance Without Operational Overhead
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprinto is how effectively it centralizes and enforces compliance across people, process, and technology without adding operational overhead. It played a key role in helping us achieve SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 smoothly. The Endpoint Agent (Dr Sprinto) is particularly useful in enforcing baseline device compliance, and the platform scales very well as the organization grows. Their customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, and compared to similar tools in the market, Sprinto offers excellent value for the breadth of features provided. The Trust Center is another strong differentiator, making it easy to securely share compliance artifacts with customers in a controlled manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike overall. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be the Endpoint Agent (Dr Sprinto), which could benefit from a few additional compliance checks to provide deeper device-level coverage. Beyond that, most limitations we encountered were addressed over time as the product matured, especially since we have been using Sprinto from its early stages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto solves the challenge of continuously managing and maintaining compliance and information security across people, processes, and technology in a scalable way. Instead of treating compliance as a one-time or audit-driven activity, Sprinto enables ongoing control monitoring and evidence collection. This has significantly reduced manual effort, audit fatigue, and operational friction for our teams. As a result, we were able to achieve and maintain SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 efficiently, scale our compliance program as the company grew, and confidently demonstrate our security posture to customers through the Trust Center—without diverting focus from core business priorities.
Sprinto Made Compliance Effortless and Timely for Our Tech Team
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Sprinto is that it really helped a tech company like us to stay consistent with the compliance requirements and meeting them on time. The Sprinto team and especially our Technical Account Manager - Mr. Ritik Saxena, really helped us stay on course. all this eventually lead us to acquire our ISO27001 and SOC2 certificates successfully on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular to complain about. We have a little hiccups here or there, but they were taken care of promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped us obtain our security certificates with the due process on time. The user-interface and overall structure of compliance requirements made it possible for us to meet with the required tasks on time, keep all the teams aligned and stay on course throughout.

I can't think of anything negative; everything was good.

Helpful Templates Make Getting Started Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Having templates available is useful and provides guidance. The monitoring and guidance provided is great and allows the users to know where we are at continuously and encourages us to keep going! Knowing everything is in place makes the audit process very simple and non-threatening.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that big a downside, but just getting used to the operation and layout initially. Once familiar it was all plain sailing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obviously to achieve ISO27001 accreditation and soon to be used for SOC2 as well, but it helps us establish the correct processes, procedures, policies and guidelines from the get go, given we are a start-up business. This will be great for audit and compliance purposes as we continue to expand and grow.

I like that Sprinto is easy to use and I love the support, especially from Ritik and Kishore. The automatic connections and templates save me time, providing a solid starting point, and allow for automatic verification of security parameters. I also appreciate that it is connected to our entire ecosystem.
